It is a proper decal
Rejoice, it's a decal, not a sticker! One reviewer that obviously didn't possess the sacred knowledge of installing decals got me worried... But fret not, just degrease the surface, make sure it's dry, apply, press and carefully peel off the film. The letters will stay!

Too small
I bought this to put on my car but the letters were too small to be seen easily.

Pretty cute.
This design is small but legible. I placed it on the rear window which is very tinted. However, I was expecting individual vinyl letters but this is one, solid cutout sticker. The background is clear and the letters are opaque so it seems to be fine.
