Fast, Durable, Lightweight, and Great Grips
I spent a lot of time looking into which jump rope to purchase. Although I used to jump rope in the past, I would consider myself a novice. I have only used the cheaper $10 PVC ropes in the past and they worked quite well for my level of jumping at the time, but for a little more money the quality is exponentially better. With two ropes of different gauges, you can either use the thicker one for Crossfit training or the thinner one for working on double-unders. I don't do Crossfit myself, instead I lift traditionally as well as jog, swim, and bike but I wanted something else to improve on my cardio and move from straight LISS in conjunction with my HIIT workouts. This rope was the perfect addition. I'm also glad I chose the Attack Speed rope instead of the similarly priced Speed rope as the handles are fantastic and easy to grip. The bearings are smooth and glide with tremendous ease.Although I look forward to purchasing a more expensive rope in the future, this rope is a steal for the price and will be used for a long time to come.

Best jump rope to learn double unders
This is the best jump rope to learn double unders. The two different cable sizes help you learn how to feel the tension in the rope that you need to be able to do double unders. I mainly used the heavier cable and once I became more consistent with my double unders I moved on to a higher quality jump rope. These are absolutely worth getting.

Great rope for intermediate-advanced
As an intermediate jump roper, this is one of the best ropes I have ever used. However I have a few small issues: one it is not for beginners, which fortunately is not a personal issue for me (girlfriend struggles with the rope). Two when the rope hits you, it stings every time. Three, unless I am skipping incorrectly, this rope has an issue with crossover jumps, and seems to get tied up. But for speed skipping and double unders, the rope is the best rope I have ever used. So I still highly recommend this rope, just keep these caveats in mind.

Very, very solid cheap jump rope.
I am only speaking from the experience of having used the "cheaper" jump ropes like the 5-10$ ones you can get on amazon or ebay. This is much, much smoother and faster. Very solid, quick bearings. Handles are nice and thicker which I also prefer as I have big hands and long alien like fingers. If you're looking for a step between the cheapest of the cheap and the nicer Rx and buddy lee esque ropes, buy this rope.Note: do not leave it out in the rain, I left it out for hours and the bearings rusted very fast after, all good got another of the 2nd exact same rope, this thing is fire

Great Rope!
I have started going to CrossFit and this rope has been awesome! It works great for double unders, even if I am not that good at them yet! It has two options a light speed rope and a heavier rope! I prefer the heavier rope, but so far they are both good. I would recommend it to anyone!

Disappointed
I joined a muay thai gym recently and we typically begin each class jumping rope. When I thought I could benefit from increasing my stamina outside class I looked into get my own speed rope. I bought this based on the reviews.First impressions, the handles were great. They have the perfect contour for your fingers to grip and the material made it easy to hold onto even when my hands were sweaty. Set up was easy. I opted for the lighter rope initially and had very few issues securing it to the handles at the right length. Having to find a way to cut the extra wire was a little of a nuisance (I asked my apartment handyman for wire cutters) but other than that had no problem. The jump rope is lightweight and the rope swings effortlessly. However, after four months of pretty regular use the cord started falling apart (the protective outside separated from the wire). The wire itself is also frayed and has sharp ends so it is painful to touch. I still have the heavier cord which I may attach for additional use, but I liked the lightweight option. I will likely be looking for a different option for the near future if the overall durability of the first rope is any indication. So quality appears to be lacking. I did use it for the most part inside in a gym with a smooth surface so it's not like I was using it regularly on pavement. Disappointed it did not last longer.
