For the price it's nice, it's working. It does not measure blood pressure just some stress levels from a scale to 1-100. And it doesn't have Alexa in it. If you start your workout from your phone, the bluetooth does disconnect from the watch and doesn't record your workout so its better to start the activity on the watch and then it will synch to the app anyway. The silicone band gives me itching and rashes, can't wear it all day.

Helpful with Health Tracking
I like that this comes with free access to the app. The screen is easy to read and set up is handled through the app. I do think there needs to be more options to set the readouts to reflect USA standard presentation regarding dates, times, measurements, etc. but I’m getting used to the differences. The sound is also great.The brightness on the screen is adjustable too and that is necessary at night as the screen will flash on when I’m sleeping and if it is too bright it can wake me up. Also, when sleeping with the watch, make sure it is completely flush with the skin of your wrist or you might be blinded by the sensor lights as they try to take measurements.Thank you!

Great Watch For The Money!
Was skeptical at first but this watch is performing way better than expected. Its easy to use, the heart rate monitor is accurate, I'm able to control my music and the preloaded sports aps work well. The watch app does drain my phone battery quickly but a full charge on my phone still lasts all day so no big deal really. I'd buy again if needed.

Accurate
This watch seems to be very accurate compared to the fit bit. The fit bit says I burn about 1000 calories more which is too ridiculous to be true. I'd trust this if you're trying to lose weight.

You need this in your life!
Love this watch! I bought a similar one for my mother that cost more but this was more affordable with the same functions. The app helps you monitor so many things. You can get notification of calls /texts if you choose. You can get reminders to drink water or get up and walk. You can view your sleep activity, steps, exercise, calories, monitor you stress and heart rate. It definitely makes you more aware of yourself and your daily needs. Don't know what I did without it, oh wait I know, winged it. No more guessing. The only cons so far is like with all watches the skin under the band can get moist and a little stinky. Its helpful to switch wrists. Also if you begin to enjoy monitoring your health then you may feel reluctant to take it off to charge it but it's necessary. I feel like the 1st charge may have lasted longer than subsequent charges.
