Bellamy's Organic, Step 1 Infant Formula, 0-6m

We chose this formula because I was looking for something with good ingredients and nutritional value. It was also significantly cheaper than Kendamil so we thought we would try it first. The ingredients are in line with the other big brands that represent quality "organic" baby formula such as Hipp and Kendamil. The nutritional values are all very good as far as I can tell. The powder dissolves very easily (which is great because it means less shaking of the bottle and fewer bubbles), and it has a pleasant smell. The scoop is easy to use and the instructions and measures on the side are very clear. I would just say the lid is a little fiddly to open and close one handed when juggling a hungry baby in the middle of the night.We used up the tin during the first 4 weeks of our baby's life as a supplement to breastmilk. He seemed to really like it, it did not cause any additional spit ups or gas as far as we could tell. He is gassy, but it seems like the general amount of gas that babies that age have. It helped him gain weight and grow and he's a very happy little baby.Will likely repurchase, we did a spontaneous purchase of a tin of Kendamil in Target to try it out but when that's been used up we probably will go back to this formula.

After a hard time pumping I had to switch to a formula earlier than planned. At first I was using a cheaper formula from Walmart that was comparable to Enfamile and my poor baby broke out with skin rashes and diaper rashes, also had bad gas. When I looked at the ingredients I noticed that the formulas that first listed oils were causing this. Whatever is showing on the outside of the body is probably causing similar irritation on the inside of the body. This formal has been a game changer, no break outs or rashes, barely any diaper rashes maybe twice since switching. My daughter is now 8months old and unfortunately I can only get Step 1 via Amazon and the website is hard to ship to the USA but I’ve just continued this and substituted some whole milk (1-3ozs) every other bottle when needed. I’ve also notice that in the beginning I could get this formulas shipped over night and now it’s like 3day shipping so plan ahead. Other than I wish they carried this brand in more stores, I absolutely love it!!

Came already expired. Couldn't use. Waste of $40. I should have listened to other reviews, stating the same issue.

I have tried SO many formulas with my 4 month old son. I’ve tried Enfamil, Similac, Gerbers, Baby’s Only, Kendamil, everything under the sun. While he merely tolerated most of them, he actively -enjoys- Bellamy’s. He polishes the bottle clean with no leftovers, but he doesn’t get overly hungry like he does with some others.The formula itself smells fresh, which is almost unheard of for formula. It tastes much better than its competitors (including to moms if they feel like having a taste). Something notable about the powder is how fine grained it is, which makes it very easy to mix with very minimal effort, and makes a can last longer. It’s not sticky, or smelly. I love that it’s natural and doesn’t include all those icky additives and oils that American brands stuff into their baby food.I have no complaints about this formula and I’m so happy I found it after a long search. My baby reacts so well to it and loves it. Any parent is is on a quest to find the perfect formula, which takes forever and is so expensive and demoralizing, owes it to themselves to try Bellamy’s

After doing a ton of research on many brands of formula, this one was by far the cleanest and best (in my opinion)! After trying different formulas our 2 month old refused every single one of them. After reading tons of reviews on here I decided to give this a try and chugged the first bottle! She is now 1 year old and I wish we could get stage 2 and 3 here in the US. The price is amazing for the quality you're getting compared to other formulas. We absolutely give this a 10/10!

I’m already so happy with this. We are supplementing with this formula, so started with only 6 extra oz, and I’m already soo thrilled with how happy he is! He would not take enfamil or similac, which I didn’t want to give him anyways, would much prefer something like this, and reading through the “organic” American ingredients on various formulas I found not much different from the non-organic ones. Truly not something I wanted in my babies body. The ingredients in this formula can’t be beat and my baby liked the taste! He took it just like he takes breast milk as he’s been EBF up until this point because nothing else worked though definitely needed! He’s so much more content and rested. I’m so very thankful for this formula!

So far it seems like a great formula that my 2 month old enjoys. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I received it shortly after I ordered it, around May 30th. The expiration on the formula is 6-24-2024 which is only about 25 days from my order. I am using it now, so it will be fine. But had I bought it earlier than I needed it, it would have be unusable. They should include the dates....

EDIT: I ordered one more time as this is the formula I want for my newborn, but the new order had the same expiration date of over one month ago! This is absurdI really love this product as I feel it is best for our newborn, but I realized too late that I have been giving my newborn expired formula! How could they have sent formula that expired three days after I received it…?! Who is responsible!?
