The Right Stuff - A Better Product
Here is why: The product is commercial-quality food bag, devoid of (known) harmful ingredients, with straight edges and sides. Problems with "consumer-quality" product from a major name forced me to totally leave that market, although, that name corners the majority of business in it. This product is cheaper, better made and designed to function where time (read "money") decides what vendor gets the business. I have no time for vendors who waste it. Other's reflect shoddy production which wastes time in attempting to seal over creases, cuts and folds numerous times in order to obtain a functional seal. Rolls are likely larger than smaller consumer vacuum sealing units can accommodate, just cut off desired amount to make a smaller roll.

Better Than the Manufacturer's Bag Rolls
I just finished vacuum packing over forty dry goods packages. A dozen of these were my useless dog's 'Zombie Apocalypse' kibble. The failure rate for the bags included with my name brand sealer had a 20% failure rate with the kibble's sharp(ish) edges.These rolls by FoodPak had only one fail out of the twelve. That's approximately an 8% failure rate.Very acceptable, when considering these rolls were about HALF the cost (my sealer has very powerful vacuum). There were no failures with any of the other dry goods.These bags have no 'crazy thick' side. Both sides are the same thickness, give or take, and thick enough to outperform the more expensive bags.I have since ordered another set of these rolls, just to make sure my dog and I have plenty of 'kibble bricks' to pummel the zombies with, when they come.Buy with confidence.

Love these bags
Love these bags. I've sealed fish and eaten it a year later and its still perfectly fine. Takes a Sharpie pen very well for labeling. Highly recommended.

Better that any name brand!!!
First time buying this no name brand, and it is the best decision I could have made. Suction is perfect, and it keeps my food as fresh as the other brands do... I've saved enough money that allows me to buy some extra food. It is very smart to sell both sizes in one package.
