I had high hopes for this chandelier but I was slightly concerned because I wasn't seeing it right in front of me before purchasing it. Would it be scratched? Would all of the installation hardware be in the package? I worried that crystals would be broken or missing. I was doing a massive renovation of 4 bathrooms (gutted), a kitchen, removing & replacing all hardware on 22 doors, re-flooring my family room, whole house painting, and other miscellaneous items...but this beauty was for my dining room.I have to say I was thrilled when I received this chandelier. It was extremely well packaged and protected, all pieces came and I even received 4 extra crystals. What a difference this makes in my dining room with about 4 more lights than the previous one. The dimmer function works well and the chandelier is just breath taking! I have received so many compliments on it and it was one of the best purchases I made, without a doubt!

I've had this Chandelier on my wish list for a while and I finally decided to get it. I was concerned at first because of the way it was packaged when it arrived (all of the pieces were just inside of one big plain cardboard box) but everything was in there and all of the pieces were intact. The crystals were carefully packaged and when all was done there were even 4 extras. It's amazing how a chandelier alone can transform any room. It's absolutely gorgeous and at their asking price, ! think it's a great deal. If you are thinking about getting it--- I highly recommend it.p.s. If you are switching from one of those round classic flush mount ceiling lights (such as I did), I would highly suggest you buy a ceiling medallion to cover up any blemishes, paint markings or differences in ceiling paint color underneath it. Just be sure to take measurements before you buy.FYI- this chandelier is also dimmable! I bought a dimmer for mine and it is just as perfect as can be! Just be sure when you buy the bulbs for it, that is says Dimmable on the packaging. I bought 20 watt led dimmables for mine. You will need 7.Hope this helps!

Wow! Where do I start? This chandelier gave the "extra" impact to our newly remodeled bathroom. I love it. Its not too bright but bright enough. If I had to do it again I would get a dimmer but other than that I couldn't be more pleased.

This chandelier is absolutely stunning! Looks like a luxury chandelier at a fraction of the cost - great quality! This would have been a 5 star review if it weren't for the incorrect light bulb size in the description. Says E14 European light bulb, but the actual chandelier has a sticker that says E12). I ordered the E14 at the same time as the chandelier, only to find they were too big for the sockets - UGH! Now I need to return and reorder. Also, hooking each individual crystal is quite the task. It took about an hour or so to hook the 93 crystals, so be prepared to spend upwards of 2 hours to get this installed from start to finish (if your place isn't already hardwired).

None of my crystals were broken, I dropped one while hanging them and it broke, but there were 4 extras so it was fine. I have never installed a light fixture before. It was very simple, the instructions were not super helpful but it was common sense and I got it installed just fine by myself! The crystals took a couple hours to hang and they included 2 white gloves for this. I watched a movie while doing and it was fine. I have to say I am really impressed and would recommend!

I was very particular when picking out a chandelier for our open kitchen/dining area & this was one of my top contenders from the first search! I’m SO glad that I ordered this chandelier - it looks so amazing & was pretty simple to install (according to my husband)! Please note - you do have to individually hang each crystal on the chandelier, but I think it was totally worth it.

I was concerned it would look cheap because of the price, it looks very high end! I did hire someone to install and assemble but it took them about an hour.

Love it!! Easy to install, but crystals did take a while to get on. Had up a few months and still love it! Added a ceiling medallion for a little extra decor. Chandelier is definitely worth it!

Well packaged, crystals were very safely packaged. Looks amazing, has the look of a $1000+ Chandelier. Assembly was relatively straight forward.

Good looking, Good value for the price. Takes a long time to assemble all the crystals.
