Not the same as regular pancakes that we’ve all grown to love over the years, however, it still tastes good! Just a little coconut butter and maple syrup and it tastes almost just as good! So in all, not that bad!

Maybe it was because I had just made pancakes from another brand that turned out so terrible that I threw them all out then made these, but comparatively I thought they were so tasty! The texture was fluffy and the taste was good, a little cinnamony.

I absolutely love this company and their baking mixes. They taste amazing, and are allergy friendly! I'm strictly gluten-free due to thyroid disease, and this particular pancake mix is the best I've tried (and trust me, I've tried them all). I can finally have delicious pancakes again!

I love this mix. The texture is perfect! It does make a lot so next time I’m downing to half a cup. It cooks just like regular pancakes, does not crumble and easy to make. Including everything it taste great.

This makes delicious pancakes. I added 1 tbl. of coconut vinegar and they came out fluffy and delicious. My son , who is not gluten free, raved about them. Thanks for a great product!!!

These are the best pancakes! We originally bought this for our camping trip, but we enjoyed them so much, we now purchase these regularly to enjoy at home too. I've always used my grandma's recipe, which is fantastic, but this is equally as good and an even easier prep. Can't believe these are gluten-free/paleo. Yum!

I have many food allergies and intolerances, it’s very difficult for me to find mixes that I can have. This has surpassed my expectations! Normally when you remove ingredients you remove taste, not the case here! Do not hesitate to try this, so delicious! Fluffy pancake with perfect texture, I will be ordering again!

I made 3 batches of the smallest batch size shown on the bag. (This bag is very expensive and only makes 3 tiny batches of pancakes, so really NOT a good value for the money.) Anyway, I used a different type of egg replacer each of the 3 times we made this (Bob's Red Mill vegan/GF egg replacer, Ener-G egg replacer, and 2 tbsp potato starch per egg). All 3 batches yielded an inedible taste and texture that wasn't even close to appetizing. Would definitely not recommend if you have to use egg replacer too. Yes, there are about 15 other methods of egg replacement, but this wasn't anywhere near tasty enough for us to be motivated to try again at this product's astronomical price tag.
