I’m 61 years old and was looking for an exercise equipment that I could give me a better cardiovascular workout. I wanted something compact, durable, portable, and wouldn’t make a lot of noise while I use it. This Bulgarian Bag Strong Model checked all the blocks. After working out with it for one week, I decided to sell my Gold’s Gym 90 lb. weight set I’d been using and replace it with the Bulgarian Bag. I’m able to transition through my exercise sets much quicker and maintain an elevated heart rate. I can do more now in a much shorter time frame without all the clanging of weight plates and bars. My workout involves 12 exercises with 15 to 20 reps per exercise to make a set. By the end of the second set, the sweat is dripping on my neck. I purchased the XS-S bag for my wife, who now works out with me. I also purchased the S-M bag for myself to later try some of the exercises shown online. This bag really gives me a great workout, and the quality of build should last me the rest of my life. I would recommend spending a little more to get the leather Strong model. An exercise equipment is only good if it is used often. This bag is definitely being used in my household, doesn’t even leave my living room, and won’t become a dust collector. I’be been at it for a couple months now, and can see the physical changes in my body. My wife loves it that we get to motivate each other during workouts. Get it, use it, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been using the traditional 37 lb bag for around 12 years and it’s held up well through literally 100s of workouts! I’ve moved to this bag for the same quality workout, because my grip ain’t what it used to be and I like the idea of this bag having handles instead of horns to hold on to. After having covid twice, I’ve gotten long haul and am suffering joint pains in my hands and can’t hold on to the horns and my bag keeps slipping out of my hands, so I don’t want to lose this workout, thus I bought this bag to compensate for decreased grip strength.
