Another fantastic RH from the sisters!
1st person/multiple povSpice: 4/5My god, there was so much happening in this book - I mean she is pretty thick. I started reading this when it was released back in March and thanks to being a mood reader I got sidetracked. So when the audiobook came out I decided it was time to jump back in with it because, Troy Duran - enough said lol.The audiobook quickly reminded me why I love the sisters and their writing. They can take a dark story and add so much humor to it that it doesn't feel like you're reading something that isn't a lighthearted fluffy romance. You get the best of both worlds, a dark romance that doesn't feel quite so heavy on your emotions and the laughter it causes makes you feel like nothing can bring down the good mood it puts you in. Then of course when you have narration from two people like this one does, the audiobook just makes it twice as good and laugh twice as hard.I wound up reading the final book in this interconnected series before finishing this one (heads up - if you don't want spoilers just avoid that epilogue until you finish the others in the series) so I had already met Anya's brothers. The way they described their sister I knew I was going to love her character before I even started. I was not wrong. Anya is a spitfire! She has so much backbone and after the way she's treated when she first arrives in London it was obvious that she wasn't going to be walked on by anyone. But my favorite thing about her is how much music means to her and how vital it is to who she is as a person. I can relate to that in so many ways it's not even funny. It was like I could see bits of myself in her story anytime her music was brought up.As for the guys... Danny can take a beautiful swan dive of a leap from the highest building in the UK. That's all the time I'm going to spend on him. You have to give it to the sisters though because they sure know how to write a villain that we all love to hate.Moving on. Franky boy... whew Frank was a shock to my system as much as he was Anya's. He was so cold and anger seemed to be his only emotion when we first meet him I wasn't sure how much I would like him by the end. But once he started connecting with her through her music I knew he was going to potentially be my favorite. And if I wasn't already warming up to him before that first scene at the Duck and Dog I would have firmly been team Frank afterward! I mean sweet lord... how could you not fall for a man with that level of confidence and talent right? (For those who haven't read it yet just wait and see.)Then we have Church. Oh my god, he is the Leon of this story so of course, I absolutely adore him! This is where the sisters excel is with characters like him. He's confident but not annoyingly so. He's smart but also sometimes lacks common sense and it gives him this innocence that you can't help but love. And he's hysterical! So much of the humor and my side-splitting laughter came from scenes with this man. I got excited every time I saw that the next chapter was from his pov!As for the king of London, Mr. Benny Butcher himself well, you can't help but love him too. After all, he is determined to right the wrongs of his stupid brother. Even with almost everyone around him against him in one way or another he stays firm in acting the part he's chosen to play without becoming his horrible brother in the process. He also lets Anya have quite a bit more freedom than most mafia men in his situation probably would have. For a leader of a criminal empire, he's not really that bad of a guy, to be honest. Of course, all the guys are hot as sin which makes for some very satisfying (and sometimes comical) spicy scenes. Oh, and if you like extended epilogues well they give you plenty of it with this one which was so awesome.Don't let the size of this baby steer you away from it either. I know it's quite a large read but honestly, everything about it from start to finish is worth the time it takes to read it no matter how long that may be lol.As always don't forget to check the TW/CW! I mean it is a mafia romance after all so even under all the humor it's still on the darker side. If you like audiobooks I highly suggest grabbing this one in audio - you will not be disappointed!

Holy heathens!!!
I loved this story. I made it drag as long as I could. I read other stories in between because I didn't want it to end. It was epic. My heart was trampled with heartache for Anya. And I was angry for Frank. I was beyond in love with Church/Jeffrey. But the overwhelming emotions for Benny and Danny was too much. Horror and anguish of all that went thru them. Caroline and Susanne are amazing writers. They weaved this tale with fast pace glory. I loved it to the very end it was so satisfying. You girls rock. You gave your heart and soul to the very end. Even giving Dylan and John boy a touch of that happiness thank you. :-* Next

The Twisted Sisters never fail to rope me in and keep me reading to the wee hours of the morning with their characters that their fans just can’t get enough of! Have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the setting being in London, definitely brought a vibe that I couldn’t get enough of.

I always love Caroline and Susanne’s writing. They give their characters so much life. You really hate the bad ones and fall in love with the rest of them. And they KNOW how to stop your heart!! I loved this story and hated for it to end. I’m gonna be hung over for sure!

spicy, funny, action packed, and a fierce female
4.5/5 StarsAnya is a force to be reconned with, and such a perfect match for this odd trio of men. This book is actioned packed, full of spice, and has a lot fun and unique personalities. Although this book is dark, there is also plenty of humor right from the get-go. Church is the funny easy going of the three men, and Anya can match his humor, but also match the strength of Benny and the serious nature of Frank. I also love the plot twists and the secrets all the characters are housing. This was a very unique mafia romance and contains so many of my favorite tropes. I listened to this as an audiobook, and also listening to all the well-done accents made for a unique listening experience. This romance is full of angst and everything that makes a well put together romance.Forget Me Not Bombshell is great for those who like a mafia romance, why choose romance, marriage of connivence, forced proximity, and enemies to lovers. Dark romance lovers will love this book as it's full of spice, darker themes, and is action packed. If you like a why choose romance with a fierce female lead and lots of banter this may also be a great choice!

This book is everything my dark little heart could hope for. I can devour a book, but I feel like saying that this story devoured me. The insane characters are such a treat. The London setting and mafia vibes create quite the scene. I adored every bit of crazy unleashed within this story. I’d forget if I could just to have the pleasure of discovering it again and again.

Okay so brace yourselves this one is a pretty long, long, long book. I was intrigued and loved the beginning, but felt it slow down a bit in the end. I loved all the characters and their dynamics, but I still feel it was way too long. This book is more of a 3.5 for me.

Loved it!
I won't lie, it was weird reading a Twisted Sisters book with no cliffhanger. It seems sacrilegious 🤣 but I enjoyed this story so much and I love these men! And Anya is a Bada$$! Definitely 5 stars! And the audiobook was fantastic! Amazing performance! I will forget this not 🖤

Hilarious, captivating read!
Forget Me Not Bombshell has been the Mafia Wars book I've been the most excited for and let me tell you they did not disappoint! I was hooked from the very first page and it was really nice to read a book where the main setting was based in Britain for once. The dedication at the beginning is incentive enough for you to read it if only to have some fun decoding the British Cockney Slang. It set the tone nicely having for Anya's story which had me belly laughing from the start.Anya Volkov is the next woman to be forced to marry her enemy in the name of peace and she is the character I connected the most with. I loved her fight, her attitude and that she had her boys in the harem wrapped around her finger from day one.Church is my favourite of the harem guys, he just called out to my soul and I felt the most connection to him. His devotion, though some would say obsession, to his country had me in stitches.I wasn't sure what to expect from the Butcher Boys, but I immediately saw Benny for the over-confident, arrogant, cocky alpha male that he was. Although it was unfair, I did enjoy seeing him knocked down a peg or two by certain events. This was a truly captivating read well worth the 5 stars and worth the read if only to find out who Barkley is and why Church is so concerned about him.

A Deep Dive Into London's Violent Underworld!💥
Forget-Me-Not Bombshell (Mafia Wars #5)I have been looking forward to the #twistedsisters addition to the Mafia Wars, I know their style so I was exciting to see what they'd come up with!👍 It is much grittier than the other books in the series so far. It felt a bit like I watching a Guy Richie film, but reading it in book format instead. It takes you all over London, with the Butcher Boy's gang who secretly head up The Firm!Danny is the younger of the identical twin Butcher brothers, while Benny, the oldest, is behind bars. Anya is from the Russian Bratva out of Las Vegas. She was set to marry Benny Butcher, but as he's in prison she'll have to wed his psycho twin Danny, instead! She's no shrinking violet but what she's heard of him has her worried, he doesn't seem to have any limits to his violence! She'll take him on though, no one is taking her freedom and thinking they rule her! What none of them have learned is that Benny has earned early release, it's on their wedding day and he has plans. He's had eight years in prison to figure out who set him up and why! He has planned his vengeance with the help of his boy Church, and together they'll get his crown back, prove his innocence to the Firm and especially Frank, and they'll take down everyone in his way - It will all start at the church!👰💥The glimpses of London throughout this book are amazing, they've done it complete justice. She is a centuries old city that continues to grow and change, and that was described beautifully! The characterizations are well rounded and each person is clearly defined & individual. The sisters can write great, likeable psycho's, but Danny isn't one of them, he's completely unhinged, still amazingly written though!😳In my opinion, I did find this book to be too long. I felt some parts could have been sacrificed to tighten up the story and especially the reading time! Personally, I would've removed the entire Czar storyline, it just felt excessive, and I found myself skipping through those parts.😕This book, faults included, was a really compelling read. It had plenty of twists and betrayals, wrongs that need to be set right and shocks & surprises right until the end. Benny is the complete Alpha with a heart, Church has such a 'cheeky chappy' personality that I loved from the start. His attachment to all things British was sweet, his reason was hilarious! Frank loves deep, has muscles for days but holds a grudge like no other. He wasn't my favourite of the trio, he was so quiet and grumpy! Anya becomes the woman that loves them all equally, brings them closer together and helps them all laugh and love as family - eventually!💘 None of them shy away from the violence of their world, when it's needed. But they do love to wind each other up with some hilarious consequences! They are known as the 'forget me nots' and are a fascinating bunch. I did love Dylan, he was a right 'boss bitch' in his pantsuits & heels! He was hard as nails but as kind as your Nan.💞I'm really looking forward to the final book in this crossover world of the Mafia Wars, I wonder which Author will eventually come out on top?🌟Debbie, 1970, UK

AMAZING!
Just like the other books in this series, this book is phenomenal. With each book that’s been released, I’ve been getting more and more excited for this and it did not disappoint.Reading Ruining Dahlia had left my mind spiralling with theories especially after seeing the authors TTs’ about this book. Everything I imagined was nowhere near as close and yet I loved this book all the more for it. Caroline and Suzanne has completely blown me away with these amazing characters, and a brilliant plot with twists you never saw coming. I LOVED Anya, she is amazing and everything I love in a FMC and the guys are drool worthy and will make you fall completely in love with them. The scenes are soooooo hot…. I will never look at an amplifier the same again! Also the stuff about John Boy had me cracking up throughout the book.Definitely recommend!

Worth all 5 stars and more!
I loved loved loved this book!Caroline and Susanne always do amazing reads but it was just brilliant to read something by them set in London. I particularly enjoyed the 'I've been theres' and understanding the cockney rhyming slang! As always with these authors it's brilliantly written, has a superb plot with lots of action and great character building and development. Anya was a brilliant lead and I loved reading about her falling in love with London, along with the men! There was some great humour, particularly from Church and his love of Blighty! Then Frank and his amazing tune selection! I loved reading the points of view from the particularly evil Danny. It was great to then read from his twin Benny and see the difference between them! I would definitely recommend Forget me Not Bombshell!

Aaaaaamazing!
I was anxiously awaiting Caroline and Susanne’s input for this amazing mafia wars series and they did not disappoint. These are two sisters who always hit the mark with RH, manage to tug on your heart strings, laugh your toosh off and push you over cliffs (even when it’s a standalone 😅) even my inside reading voice was speaking in cockney! This book is thicc but in the best ways, it almost felt like reading a whole series in one and I genuinely loved the ending so so much.Highly recommend anyone on the fence to read this and the other books forming the mafia wars series - they’re all stand-alone by different authors that are 🥵 and also *chefs kiss*Ps… thank you so much for squeezing in the word that rhymes with swollocks…. Really made my day!
