Assembly is easy. Breaking it is easy. I expected better quality for the price. The tab I broke off isn't super visible. Now that it's on the wall, it looks fine. However, I wouldn't have bought the product if I had known how flimsy the construction.

Looks nice. Hard to put together with horrible assembly instructions. Flimsy and cheap, made out of thin plastic and what looks to be foam. Too small for our router to even fit in. And if it did fit, I wouldn't have even trusted the quality of the product enough to hang it from the wall. Way too expensive for such poor quality.

This was by far the worst Amazon experience I have ever had. They sent me a broken product that was pasted together. It is obvious someone taped back the broken piece. When I took the tape off, it fell off. I called and now have to ship the item back. Amazon claimed that this is a used item although I paid full price for it, it says nowhere on my recipe that it is used. Separate from that, the item is extremely flimsy and cheap. By far the worst Amazon customer experience I’ve ever had (I’ve never before written a negative review!). Don’t waste your time with this product, which is a scam.

Wanted it to hide modem and cables, way too small.

This looks like a good solution except for the dimensions. I wish the inside width was at least 5" instead of 3.7". My Comcast router is 4.1"x8.25" and it will not fit inside this.
