It suddenly stopped working the remote won’t talk to the treadmill. Battery is tested and is correctly customer service very good got a remote replacement - I think they know remotes are a problemGHow do I contact supplier ?

I would definitely not recommend buying this product. Remote faulty on arrival, others recommend that a new one is sent to replace faulty one, but I don’t expect any brand new product to be delivered at substandard quality. Busy people have no time to order and reorder, payment is made at the point of purchase so why should we be delivered any thing that is less than perfect. I can’t return the26kg item unless the company collect it. Absolutely rubbish

I like the product, sturdy and very quiet and easy to use. My only complaint would be that although I have had no issue with the remote-it is obviously a refurbished unit as there is damage where someone has used the incorrect tool to fit/install the battery.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to say that this is a fantastic treadmill, small low profile and includes an incline, it's been amazing to get lots of steps in whilst working. I had a problem after purchase and the seller/customer support was excellent and resolved the issue I had promptly. Also I am 6ft tall and have had no issues at all with the length of the treadmill. On the down side the app is rubbish but you don't need that to operate it. I would definitely buy this again.

Belt kept jarring during use so was very unstable, and then stopped suddenly and threw me off a couple of times. It's not safe to use so going back, but Amazon's default return option was for me to arrange and pay for delivery and they'd refund £4.75 to "cover" the cost. As the package weighs 30kg and contains a battery that can't be sent with most couriers I was looking at £300 to return the faulty item. If you get a faulty one make sure to talk to Amazon customer service because they seem to have options that are not readily available to consumers!

Very solid machine and very compact. Really easy to set up and use. The remote wasn’t working but the company had already preempted this and sent me an email for what to do if the remote wasn’t working. I replied to their email and the new remote arrived within a couple of days. All works perfectly now. I would highly recommend the product and the seller

I bought the Egofit Walker Plus in December 2022 and my remote now does not work. Phoned customer service who said we had to communicate via Amazon. Amazon's return policy has elapsed as it is over 30 days.

Very happy with this purchase.
