UAG as a Company:I can speak from experience; UAG is an amazing company. This is the third iPhone case that I bought from them and it performs, feels, and lasts like no other case I have ever used. I bought my first UAG case back when I had an iPhone 6+, then 7+, and this one I bought for my iPhone X. Their cases last forever, and show no signs of damage over the years, even after numerous drops. They also have excellent customer support by email on their website and provide helpful information in a kind manner.Performance:I have dropped this case numerous times from varying heights and it has not even shown a single scratch. I am so confident that this case will protect my phone that I would throw my phone on the ground without hesitation because I know that this case will protect my phone from any damage. From a really rough drop onto asphalt, you will see some scuffing on the corners of the case, but mostly it can be wiped off, and the phone itself will never show damage.Feel:Besides its amazing performance, the case also feels amazing. It has a king of fake leather that gives it a nice quality and soft feel that adds a little bit of class. Don't worry though, the leather is very durable and looks and feels the same way as it was 2 years ago when I first bought it. Not only this, but the leather is waterproof, which I have discovered after dropping it in a lake while fishing. The rubber sides offer ample grip and make the phone easy to hold and find in a backpack full of school materials.Wireless Charging performance:This case does not impede my wireless charging performance whatsoever and I am able to charge my phone full speed with a 10w Qi wireless charger.My only complaint:I just wish the case could be a little lighter or thinner as it adds a noticeable amount of weight to the phone. It does not make the phone heavy be any means, but it does not retain that feather light weight of a naked iPhone.

I bought this case because of how durable it looked (it is) and that I like the design and colors. It was on sale for around $11 at the time and was a great deal. UAG is a great case manufacturer and I highly recommend it if you want great protection at an excellent price.

Never owned a UAG case before. I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it is to hold this case. Compare to a Rhinoshield Solid Suit, UAG seems to be lighter, a little bit thicker, yet narrower and gripy. Both are great cases.

UAG is the only case I will buy, they looks awesome and are extremely durable! I dropped my phone from the top of a scissor lift maxed out at height of 19'. It didn't hurt the phone a bit, that was a Samsung Galaxy S7 and I still have that phone as a backup, that's why I bought this one for my new IPhone!

Ordered this from Amazon, but it was not sold by Amazon (only fulfilled by Amazon). The case itself is well-made and high quality. Snaps on the phone, so no tools required. Seems like it will protect the phone well (though there is no screen protector in the kit). The price is OK compared to other high-protection cases of similar quality. You can probably find cheaper cases but they may be of lower quality.The rubber bumper around the rim is quite resilient and easy to hold onto. Its edge extends beyond the screen surface to protect the screen when the phone is laid down on its face. However, any kind of screen protector on the phone brings the screen surface very close to the limit of the rubber bumper protection. Still, better to have the screen protector than not.On reading the UrbanArmor warranty, it states their limited warranty is void if the the case is bought from anywhere other than a qualified reseller. The reseller in this case is not qualified (list of non-qualified resellers is in the warranty), so there is no 10-year limited warranty. I don't see a problem with that since the case is well-made. By the time it's worn out, you'll probably be getting new phone which won't be compatible with this case anyway.

I can’t tell you how many times I dropped my phone, a Great product, this is my second UAG cover on my current iPhone. There’s no other cover I would put on my phone, the iPhone XR cover is more expensive than other iPhones covers like the iPhone X or Xs about $20. more.

I've used so many different iPhone cases from several brands since the iPhone 6 - probably more than a typical person and I have to say UAG is on another level. In comparison to other competitor rugged cases, this one is not only sleek looking, but also has a premium feel with the leather back. With the steep price tag of the iPhone X's repair costs with or without AppleCare+, I was convinced I needed an overkill case for the smallest of drops. After seeing drop tests of the UAG Monarch and seeing how slim it was, I was sold. Given I've never shattered any smartphone screen, I can confidently say I trust my phone in this case.It's not 100% perfect though - the only gripe I have is that the top and bottom of the case has a slight bow so it doesn't hug the phone - you can see a sliver of the chrome on the phone. I'd imagine dirt could get into here and potentially scratch the chrome but other than what seems to be a small manufacturing defect, this has to be my favorite case - enough to prefer having my phone face down on a table.
