Solo le puedo dar 2 Estrellas porque enciende pero venia con un problema que hecha a chispas por el botón de arranque y sus vendedores dicen que eso es normal yo inconforme como es normal les escribí para me dieran mi reembolso y a duras penas después de más de 15 días fue Amazon quien hizo la devolución por tanto pésimo servicio de los vendedores

Was so excited to receive the parlux hair dryer. This is my second Parlux.Unfortunately, the dryer lacked heating elements.In comparison with my first Parlux, the heat was off by a lot.the dryer had a defect.It cost almost $10.00 to return the dryer via UPs. I had to purchase new packaging and uPS charged for printing a label.Would not recommend this seller.

This blow dryer stopped working after just a month. For this price, this product should last for years. It doesn’t get hot at all and the pressure is almost non existent. I’ve had $30 blow dryers be better quality. I asked the seller if I could return the item and they not only said no, but is now making me jump through hoops to call the manufacturer for a possible return. Don’t waste your money. This seller clearly sells knock offs.
