Very slightly cheaper than fotodiox, works good.
No electrical contacts, so it needs to be set on M or A mode, otherwise "Check Lens" error will appear. Can't tell if it focuses past infinity or not.I use it with a Samsung NX with Canon FD 28mm f/2.8 1:4 macro and 50mm f/1.8 (closest you can get to this on NX is 60mm f/2.8 macro for $599) and 80-200 f/4.5 1:4 macro.Samsung has a contrast meter FA manual focus assist, but it's definitely not as good/convenient as Sony's peaking system. The screen isn't as high resolution either (.64 megapixels vs. 0.92 megapixels). I can't get used to enlarged focusing.Open/Close (on mine) or Off/On (seen on pic) ring provides depth-of-field preview, which you must use if you want to stop down. The best practice would be to open up the aperture to focus, then stop down to take the picture. This will provide the optimal critical focus. Also, aperture priority mode isn't as good as on Sony's but will still take pictures. I suggest using manual mode where you can only adjust shutter speed and ISO.Getting one of these for the Sony. If you went ahead and bought the Samsung NX, then this is a good buy, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get FD lenses solely for it.

Does What it's Suppose To Do, but not with class
I bought this with the intent of putting the Lensbaby 3G on my Samsung NX 30. It does that with ease. But when I tried using my other lenses; two Sigma's and two Opteka's, that is a different story. The lenses will go on, but with the two Opteka it's a very tight fit. With the Sigma lenses, they turn on easier, but still go on tight. In all fairness, the two Opteka lenses go on the Canon body with a little force. Maybe with Canon lenses that would be a different story. The locking pin could have a larger diameter pin because it is about the size of a straight pin. And the release knob leaves a little bit to be desired. If you forget to release the pin and start twisting to remove the lens, it looks like you could bend the pin. I have only talked about lens to adapter. Adapter to camera just slides right on the camera body.At the time of purchase, this was the only option thru Amazon. As a matter of fact, it still is. It does work except for the fact of the tight fit. Again, it could be my after market lenses. The price is right, so if you want to experiment with Canon lenses on your Samsung NX mount camera go for it. The construction of the adapter looks good; it's all metal, but I would like to see a bigger locking pin.

2nd adapter received worked great! For NX300 How to use tips...
The item works perfect. For me it was easier to attach adapter first (click) and twist the silver ring to make sure the little tab is pushed to whatever side it needs to be so it will turn the little (aperture) tab on lens as it should. Next attach lens and make sure there is a click. To remove: taking lens off first was easier (for me)-push down on that 3-layerd button on side of adapter and twist lens off. Then remove adapter. Remember no autofocus using this adapter, but can you use focus peaking on the NX300 (have to be on A,S, or M modes only. On NX300 must click "ok" each time you want to activate focus peaking using this adapter.PS: Had to return original one received for replacement(3stars). Waited for a very long shipping time to receive, but I was in no rush.Hope this helps.

Very high quality part that fits perfectly on both the lens and the camera.
I use this to mount a Canon FD 200mm f4 macro lens on my Samsung NX500 camera. It fits perfectly and is very well made. I'd say the quality is at least equal to the Canon lens and the camera. Excellent! The adapter is 13.9 mm thick, and the NX FFD is 25.5 mm. The Canon FD mount is designed for FFD (flange focal distance- the distance from the lens flange to the film) of 42 mm, so the adapter plus FD lens puts the lens flange at 13.9 + 25.5 = 39.4 mm from the camera's sensor, slightly shorter than the FD lens design which means that the FD lenses should focus at infinity, and I can report that it does.Mounting the adapter on the lens is easiest if you set the lens aperture to the "A" mark, then mount the adapter, then move the aperture back to any of the manual f-stop settings. These adapters are cheap enough that you can just buy one for each FD lens you own and leave the adapter on the lens all the time.

Works, but screws were stripped
Works as it should to convert a t-mount lens to Samsung NX. But 2 of the 3 hex screw heads were stripped making it difficult to adjust the mount.

Does the job
Cheap and does the job, no issues here. Bought two and will likely get a few more. DON'T FORGET to buy another rear cap for your camera, so when changing lenses you can just cap off the rear of the adapter (if you go with several of these). Much less fiddly than putting Nikkors on Canon EOS mount though, where (for paid gigs) you needed a mount on every lens to speed up the shoots. With this mount, the lens just comes off as if it were going on a nikon body. So if you just get one, make sure you have a spare Nikon body cap to protect the sennsor - on the NX1 it's very close to the flange!

Works and OK for the price.
I have some nice "L" series glass that I wanted to try to use. This adapter only allows you to use your EOS lenses in manual and aperture completely wide open. I was able to get this connected to the NX300 and with my 24-70 without any problems. I was able to get amazing images from my lenses. I initially got a "lens locked" message but I switched the camera and lens to M and it worked fine. I also turned the camera off then back on after I had put the adapter on because I had a black screen when I switched the lenses while the camera was turned on. For the price, I like it.

Fotasy adapter for Samsung NZ-500 to Celestron spotting scope.
Adapter was easy to setup. However, it had to be manually focused to the limit of the focus range of the scope and couldn't quite pull into focus. There is no guarantee that this works between NX-500 and just any other product. Waste of my money. Specs of both products should be harmonized to ensure compatibility.

Recomiendo buen precio y funciona
