Numbs a bit but not fully

Writing this review 3hrs into having more on my back piece done. The cream I used last time was unavailable so I spent hours reading reviews on what others were deemed good. The reviews were hit and miss however it was available for quick delivery so I went for it. I ordered x2 boxes. I followed the instructions: exfoliate, dry, warm area, apply, cover tightly with clingfilm (It was on 1hr before). It was better than anticipated, the effect was very deep and I didn't feel a thing. I used Pro Numbing Cream and Jolt to make sure my back was numb. Again, deep effect and long lasting which has made having a long session bearable. My tattooist (shout out to Jo@Wakki Ink) is going to recommend both creams if asked by clients. I am so impressed.

Patched tested the cream on the Monday. It numbed the area .. result. Woke up Tuesday no reaction. Used the cream on the Tuesday for my rib tattoo . Had 2 hours of pain free tattooing. Woke up Thursday morning with a skin allergy on both the tattoo area and patch test from the Monday (3 days prior) . If using please patch test a few days prior.

Brilliant product! Apply it so you have a thick layer over the area to be tattoo'd. Takes about 90 mins to 2hrs to fully work. Had 4 new patch tattoos on my calf and shin. Leg was still numb 12 hours later which felt a bit weird (I probably overdid it and used to much tbh) but would definitely recommend this. The recovery serum is nice aswell but a but sticky, I prefer goo for that. Well worth the money. Using it for my neck tat next

I was sceptical to try this at first as it was so cheap. I’d tried a more expensive cream for my last tattoo and it dulled the pain but didn’t take it away. I applied the cream an hour and a half before my appointment and covered my arm in cling film as instructed. (I’d done a patch test a couple of days before). What can I say….I had no idea that he had even started tattooing me! I couldn’t feel a thing except the vibration of the tattoo gun. My tattoo was about 4 hours long and my arm was numb for 3 of those. Maybe if I’d applied a bit closer to my appointment it would have been numb for the whole time. Absolutely awesome. I recommend this cream to everyone. I honestly can’t believe how good it is.

Great idea, neat package, I stupidly bought it before checking with my tattooist and studio who both said (and confirmed with some more in depth research) that numbing creams are not good, can affect the tattoo ink and are discouraged. A shame because I liked the idea. I will use the healing cream, maybe the numbing one will be handy for itchy skin

Felt compelled to wrote this after ready reviews myself . I've just had my hamstring and back of knee tattooed using this..it lasted 3 1/2 hours and worked really well! I put it on after a shower (skin is hot) at 9.25am and was getting tattooed at 10.30 painlessly. Only feedback I'd give is the 10g tubes could be bigger but for the price of this mini bundle you can't go wrong. I could really feel spots where I'd missed the cream 😩. Had to leave this incase anyone else was wondering if it worked or not. Put it on reasonable thick and then wrap with cling film straight away is what I did, I used virtually a full tube to cover my hamstring and back of knee and it worked great! Will order again!

I used as instructed before a 3 hour tattoo. The area remained totally numb for at least 2 hours then began to fade but some numbness still remained.This was better than I expected as the tattoo was all solid colours with no shading so is alot more brutal on the skin. The area around the tattoo is still a bit numb 12 hours after.I will be using this again for sensitive areas.
