Work as intended
Bought 1 in 1/2020. Been working reliably since. Just bought another one. There are cheaper alternatively out there, but i stick with it. It's for a business and it should be reliable.

but time will tell how good of a product that this is
I have 7 different fast food restaurants, so I know a thing or two about handles that are quality or not. After installing this handle today, I can say that this is not the highest quality handle I have seen. I don't expect it to last as long as the others I have installed. I couldn't resist the price, but quality usually does come with price. I hope that I am proven wrong, but time will tell how good of a product that this is. The components seem to be lower grade metal. I would definitely say that it is not commercial duty.

Difficult to install
The only comment I would have is that it didn't have good direction. I needed to have more depth for the thicker door I had, and I had to call a locksmith to figure that out. The locksmith did it in a jiffy, I couldn't do it myself. FYI I do consider myself pretty handy in this kind of job.The quality seems to be great so far.
