WartechBuckshot Thumb Open Spring Assisted Stainless Steel Handle Razor Pocket Knife

Honestly this is my 3rd knife from this brand. I’m ashamed to admit I lost my first and accidentally had to have TSA throw it away because I forgot to put it in my check in.Super sturdy, I’ve dropped it several times, sharp for long periods of time, opening and closing is nice, and easy to sharpen because it’s a straight edge rather than have a serrated edge.

Very good blade, cool mechanism and is sturdy as well as sharp. Have tried many knives and would highly reccommend.

This knife is surprisingly well made at this price. I confess it was an impulse buy as I wanted to test this blade geometry in a folder. But so far not dissapointed. This is not a long term review as I just got the knife. Fit and finish is very good. The gray model looks fantastic with a stonewash industrial look. Frame lock lockup solid. No blade play. Centered tip. A bit heavy for an EDC folder but that I knew. Knife is very ergonomic in the hand. Blade deployment with the thumb stud a bit stiff, requiring more dtrengh than ideal to defeat the detent. Be careful opening the knife party ne hqnded. But this should become easier with use and once the blade moves a bit the spring assist kicks in. The pocket clip is actually very good, deep carry tip up right hand only which is how I use it. Apart from the stiffness the only complaint I have so far is the blade steel. 3cr13 is a very cheap and soft chinese steel equivalent to 420j series. Not great. But at this price i guess is OK. If this knife would have at least 8cr13mov it would be a home run. As is anyway is a good value for everyday use.

Great knife. It is eye catching and doesn't feel like A cheap knife at all. A bit heavy for a pocket knife (but I like that). Decently sharp out of the box. Only complaint is that the metal is a bit soft and the edge dosent hold forever. But a minor issue at this price.

Nice and heavy, very solid feel in my hand. Probably the sharpest knife right out of the box that I’ve ever had, will update if it doesn’t hold an edge…Update- 08.23.21 still as impressed as the first time out of the box. I’ve had to sharpen it multiple times due to use and abuse but it holds an edge tougher than my 100 dollar knife !

This is a pretty good pocket knife. I was suprised by the weight. Very solid construction. The liner lock is one of the strongest I've ever encountered. Very well centered when closed. Arrived reasonably sharp, not shaving sharp but good for a factory edge. I really like this knife. The only downside is the thumbstud is so close to the pivot point that it's essentially useless. Hence the 3 star review. However there is enough width on the blade itself to open it with no real issue. I bought this knife for cutting boxes or straps at work without having to worry about messing up my higher end folders. It serves that purpose very well. I'm glad to own it and will be buying more Buckshot knives in the future.

Very well made for the bargain price. Came semi sharp but took a few quick passes through a sharpener to be super sharp. The assisted opening feature makes it a great EDC item.

i love this knife. it is beefy i am a large guy and i like large knifes. this fits the bill. it is not to heavy but it is by far not a lightweight eather. it came sharp out of the box. i used it regulary but as all knives do it got dull. i spent a very short time with my stone and brought it back to a razors edge. i will buy more in the future.
