RubyLux NIR-A Near Infrared Bulb Grade B (3Pack)

I made the simplest NIR Sauna using 6 of these bulbs and Brooder Lamp holders hung from the hanger bar in a long thin closet. You can fine tune the distance from your skin by adjusting the length of cord hanging from the hanger bar (I like the distance to my face to be a bit farther for comfort). I put down a beach towel on the carpet to catch the sweat and two 6 foot long full length mirrors leaning against the walls at an angle to catch all the light. For just over $200 this setup outperforms everything on the market IMHO.

i can actually feel a difference, and for under $40 with the base its hard to beat
