The media could not be loaded. This steamer is very light weight and easy to use. Heating is super fast. I tried it on a few clothes, the wrinkles disappeared very fast and the effect is beyond my expectations. This product is suitable for both home use and travel. Besides, I like its simple design. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

In my opinion, as someone who travels internationally frequently from the East Coast, this product is a bit bulky compared to other steamers I have used before to take abroad. The only way I would say taking this steamer might be possible is if you have a larger checked bag. When considering the weight of the product I would also not say the product is the lightest of garment steamers I have ever had. The head to the product is bulky which adds more weight to the item and overall it's averagely in weight when compared to other steamers. When concerning how easy the product is to use, I can't give a fair review on this feature as I was sent a BROKEN product which NEVER from day one has heated up in any capacity. I have reached out to the company who makes of the product and I have not received a response and it has been months. I reached out to Amazon and they were also unable to help me with this issue. Overall this product was a waste of money in my case and I'm very dissatisfied. Hopefully others have better luck!

The steamer works amazingly, it was able to get wrinkles out that my old steamer couldn't budge. It is heavy enough the iron feature works, but light enough to hold.one handed for steaming. 8 days after return period has ended the water tank no longer stayed in the steamer. Customer service reached out and sent a replacement. They have excellent customer service and work with you to find a solution. Definitely recommend this product.

This item worked extremely well and I was very happy the first time I took it out of the box to stream some clothes. It was fast, easy, and the results were great. The second time I went to use it, the heating element did not turn on at all. The unit turned on, but just leaked water all over the counter. No heat or steam at all. Too bad I'm past my one month purchase date (it was a Christmas present). Really disappointed.ADDENDUM:The company contacted us promptly after my original review and immediately sent us a replacement. So far, this one is working very well and I am happy with the steamer. It is lightweight, easy to use, and removes wrinkles in a flash. Thank you for your help in this matter!

This steamer is great for travel and everyday use. It's small, but the steam out-put is strong enough to get wrinkles out of jeans and your delicate (silk) items. The only negative about this product is that you have to refill the water bottle more frequently in comparison with a regular iron (due to the smaller size). But the good news is that the package comes with two bottles, so refills shouldn't take that long. Overall, this product is a great purchase, and I give it an A+++++ rating!

This works so well for bridesmaids who traveled with their dresses.We had a hard time getting the water dispenser out at first but once it was used a couple times, it lost the stiffness and all was good.The only thing that would be great is if it came with a carrying case.

Don’t buy this. Bought this for my wedding party. We needed all my bridesmaids pressed and ready to go for photos this steamer was a piece of crap and didn’t perform it made us late for photos and we were all still wrinkly we had to hide the wrinkles and make do, I should have brought my simple back up steamer.. just get the traditional steamer it gets the job done fast and efficient. This one is complicated and doesn’t get hot enough and flashes red and never does what you need it to do very frustrating.
