I used these things fairly lightly over the course of a year (scrubbing and cleaning a flattop, grill, and other kitchen surfaces at my job), and they started to fall apart, with large chunks coming off.They don't hold up well with temperatures higher than 400 degrees Fahrenheit or so, and they're pretty difficult to clean.If you need these things for rareish occasions and don't want to spend a lot, they aren't bad. But if you're working in a professional environment and expecting to use them often, I would consider looking for another brand or at least accept the fact that you'll have to replace these roughly once a year (which isn't too horrible given their low cost, admittedly)
