Perfect take to work breakfast!
Its less sweet than I expected, which for me is a good thing. I love that there are no added sugars, just the sugar from the fruit and its hearty enough to keep me satisfied until lunch. I have celiac disease and finding GF instant oatmeal was difficult. The only kind at my local grocery was unflavored and the other brands I've found are packed with sugar and unnecessary ingredients. I took one star off because while the box is convenient and keep me from having to wash dishes at work, its just a little awkward. Not so much that I wouldn't buy again but you have to be careful not to squeeze when pulling out of the microwave because if the sides pop in or out, it will slosh hot oatmeal on you (happened to me!).
