Michelle Farms Gluten Free Italian Bread Crumbs, 9 Ounce

I wasn't able to find this in my area so where else would I go but Amazon! The taste was amazing-I couldn't even tell the bread crumbs were gluten free-usually I would rather go without than use gluten free products but these were really good. They have now come to our area but the price with free shipping on Amazon is cheaper, so I will continue to order.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I purchased this. I’m not typically a fan of gluten free products but I have to adjust to my son’s diet due to celiac. I was surprised at how good this actually tastes! It isn’t gritty or sand-like like other bread crumbs. The flavor is great! Not spicy or “herby” tasting, but rather a mild Italian seasoning taste.

I know several people who are Gluten-free and I smoke a lot of meatloaf, which had not been Gluten-free until I got a hold of these bread crumbs. I had ordered and tried 3 other brands as well, but they were all "starchy" and paste-like when exposed to moisture while mixing. The loaves were just all "blobby" and would not hold a shape. The end result was dismal. With the Michelle Farms brand, they are the closest to the Progresso Italian Style bread crumbs I use for my regular smoked meatloafs. Don't waste your money on other brands of Gluten-free Italian bread crumbs.

I am really glad I found these. They aren’t carried locally and finding GF breadcrumbs for a decent price is always a challenge. These taste good and are a good value. I wish the containers were bigger though. Doesn’t last long with a family of 3.

I have zero complaints about this. They work just like any bread crumbs would and they're yummy! I just can't tolerate gluten anymore so very pleased with these! I'll buy again!

I have ordered this product twice and I would recommend it highly. I use these GF bread crumbs in meatloaf and home made meat balls. The blend of spices and Gluten-Free crumbs are nicely done. Now when I order, I always order two containers bc I don't want to run out. Four stars only bc size of the container and price point, but that does not cause an other wise great review. I hope it continues to be available!

Yes, hubby found he was allergic to wheat and it was a whirlwind for us and this saved our schnitzel and zesty potatoes. This item is good with so many other dishes it is worth its weight in gold we love it.

Product was for fried fish. Needed to add seasonings!
