I meant to take a picture before I reported it but, I forgot. I also forgot to take a picture of the roots. Its rooting system was beautiful. I moved him to a deeper nursery pot. As he had a lot of roots but, Left in a 4 inch wide pot.Mine had No bugs (that I could see), no root rot. And a good potting mix. I could’ve left it but, I wanted the leafage to more one side. That way I can propagate to make it a fuller plant later.For the price it isn’t too bad. I was a little worried about it being dead or having bugs because some of the other reviews. But it’s beautiful and I can’t wait for it to grow. I’m keeping it away from my others just in case. And cleaned the leaves with neem oil to be safe. I would definitely buy from them again. Just know it’s not going to be a full plant but they grow fast and are easy to propagate.

I was SO ready to leave a scathing review but ultimately found myself pleasantly surprised, and even more so elated over the two succulents I received! I'm wildly impatient when it comes to my online purchases.. so when the expected delivery date came and went after already waiting as long as I had been I absolutely panicked. There was a message in the tracking code that had said I could click on this link for a refund if my already late package wasn't delivered by 4/20. That would have been a HUGE problem for me because the variegated string of hearts I ordered had already sold out, so I would have been devastated!! But alas they came through right at the last possible moment and they were perfect and beautiful when I unboxed them, minimal trauma if any. Packaging was well done and kept my new babies safe and snug on their long journey. Taking away a star for late delivery and making me ugly about it, otherwise extremely pleased!

Was a bit dubious about having a live plant shipped to me. I live in a very hot environment so expected at least, some leaf drop. Wow, was I wrong. This plant is extremely healthy and beautiful. It was well packaged and tracking couldn’t have been better. I received it yesterday &all I’ve done is give it a little water. Even so it’s already sprouting new buds! Couldn’t be happier. Will repot tomorrow & add pics, if I can. Don’t hesitate to buy this.

Edit: recovered rapidly!! It's growing well, no further issues and strings are recovering/forming over the past 5 weeks.Arrived bone dry, with longer strings but they were all empty/dead, and the packing fill fibers all caught deep in the plant. All of that is negotiable for a shipped plant provided it recovers, except that it also came with a couple thrip-ish looking pests. My reflexes were faster than my foresight, so the two I saw died before I could try to identify or photograph them. I don't know if they were hitchhikers or active, but I've since banished this plant to quarantine since it is irrelevant to the health of all my other plants. Just a buyer-beware reminder.

When received this beautiful plant was water logged & I had to pick out the "squishy" & rotten "leaves"...however I cleaned her up...put her in some new & dry soil & she is doing beautifully & putting out new vines everywhere...pic is from today post about 2 weeks in dry soil...arrived on time

Plants were nice and secured in package… Gave this 4/5 stars because i had to pick all this fuss out of the plants that they protected the plants with in the package .

Took awhile in transit but finally received them and the quality seemed to be good.

This little plant arrived packed so well! Very few pearls were lost in transit, and I’m amazed. It looks good to my eye, but more trustworthy, I use an app to help me with my plants and when I scanned it into my garden it declared it HEALTHY! I’ve purchased plants at my local shop that the app has found sick in one way or another. I will definitely purchase from this seller again!!
