Perfect gift!
Purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend. He loved it. Looks great when it's on. The green is like a bright green.

Total Throwback!
Had almost this exact one as a kid and it’s so relaxing to fall asleep to. Takes about an hour to warm up so you may want to get a higher wattage lightbulb than the one it comes with. I absolutely love it though.

Cheap lava lamp
It is what it is, a cheap lava lamp. The metal structure is about as thin as a coke can. The usb port was hanging off when it arrived. The metal base was dented so bad it couldn’t hold the lamp glass.With all that said, I’m happy with this purchase. I bought a cheap lamp and received a cheap lamp. The metal is so thin I was able to straighten it out with my hands. Lamp looks great on my desk and works as expected. USB is a little annoying because it only charges when the lamp is on.

Beautiful color
I settled for this color but my grandson liked it and turns out it’s a good color

Blue water, yellow wax, balck base
Blue water, yellow wax... It could be such a perfect retro lava lamp but does not function quite as well as advertised. The effect of this lamp makes many small bubbles that look kind of strange, like a semi emulsification of essential oils with water or something... just not typical of the real lava lamps of the 70s. Perhaps the blue water is slightly too dark and not enough wax in it? Something is going on where the water overpowers the view of the small amount of wax inside making it appear cloudy... Perhaps the wax is the wrong wax for a lava lamp? IDK, but I'm trying another lava lamp. I really love the retro shape of this particular lava lamp however, so bummer it didn't work well.
