this is the ONLY down-side of this model. all else, I like. but I bought 2 of these units and so far, over 2 years, both racks have had the rubber split in half near a seam and the milk gets in and becomes impossible to fully clean. its not the best design, to use rubber like this.they dont even sell just the rack part. if they did, I would not complain and give it a full 5/5. the unit works great, its not too loud and the heat is just right. but that darned rack that wears out and becomes unsafe/unhealthy to use - that's the show-stopper.attempts to contact vendor have gone unanswered. this does not seem to be a european model even though the name sounds like it. vendor wont replace wire rack and this is a special-fit part that only they can make.there was once a combo of cup+rack they sold but even that is not stocked anymore.I guess its a dead end model if maintenance supplies cannot be bought or sourced.

This little machine is perfect...does what it says it does and has the durability due to metal components versus plastic components like other products and the convenience of being able to put in the dishwasher makes it perfect.

Took a sec to figure out how to use it initially; but I’ve we did the milk came out great, creamy. My MIL is a pretty straightforward cook. She doesn’t like to fuss with complicated things. The fact that she enjoyed using this is a great gauge!
