I bought this to run my cpap while camping. During testing at home, it worked great for almost 2 nights, which is all I needed. Lower the humidity, and it would make it.Because of this, my wife grabbed one too. Hers died the first night of camping, we should have tested it too. It was too late to return it by that point.Edit- Easylonger reached out to us and replaced my wife's battery. The new one worked as intended and we now have power for our CPAP's. I highly recommend.

I used this to run my Resmed Aircurve 10 bipap machine for 4 full nights, a total of 29 hours and 10 minutes, before needing a recharge. I did not run a heated hose or use heat on the humidifier. I tested using a straight DC cable as well as a car charger style adapter and got the same results. To simulate cold weather I stored the battery in my refrigerator during the day, expecting the cold to reduce battery life, but it didn’t affect it all! Very happy with this battery.

I bought this because I wanted a battery I could use with my CPAP for camping or in the rare event of a power outage, replacing an older battery I had that was no longer lasting through the night. ...and in comparing this to other batteries Pi AI said this unit would be a really good idea, especially since I already had the DC adapter. But we'll come back to that.Actually, what I use it for is not exactly a CPAP, it's a ResMed AirCurve 10 Bi-PAP ASV Auto machine, I'm just saying CPAP because nobody cares about the difference and won't search for that term (BTW, it's very similar to the ResMed AirSense 10), but that difference probably explains what you'll see in the review.Unlike a CPAP, my machine adjusts the pressure on each breath, and I recently got a new set of settings that lowered my prescribed pressures, which means my machine really only helps out when it needs to, it's not constantly pressurizing the hose like a standard CPAP does. I ran a test for the last few nights, I left the heated hose turned off, and turned off humidification. After three nights of use, this battery was still at over 50% remaining. I didn't test to see how long it would last (I was eager to get my humidifier turned back on again) but I found it to be more than adequate for the job.I don't need my battery for long flights, that just doesn't apply to me, so the fact that I can't take it on an aircraft is just fine. Also my last battery pack came with a DC adapter compatible with the ResMed AirCurve 10 and AirSense 10, so I already had the adapter I needed (note: you lose some juice every time you convert between AC and DC power so it's more efficient to do it this way anyway).It came with a direct DC cable, that was marked "use this for laptops, not for CPAP devices" (and a variety of laptop power tips) ... apparently there is a DC cable you can buy for CPAPs where you don't have to go through a DC-to-DC adapter, but I figured I would just use what I already have. That's probably best anyway.There were some additional bonuses that I didn't expect, it's great for use in emergencies or camping with its big red and white LED flashlight lamps on the side of the unit. Also, it will charge your phone with USB ports, or a Qi wireless port mounted on the side. I was a little disappointed that it wouldn't charge my Qi-compatible Samsung watch, but wireless charging was an unexpected bonus anyway, so I'm not going to take off any stars for that.Other reviewers complained about the weight... it's actually much lighter than my last CPAP backup battery (which was akin to a car battery), so for car camping it's actually nice to have something lighter. How heavy? I would say this unit is still a little lighter than a gallon of water. So, yeah, probably more heavy than you'd want for backpacking, but perfectly fine for emergencies or car camping.Oh, one more tip: DON'T use your car to charge your phone when you're at a camp site. Most car batteries are designed to stay charged, and they degrade rapidly when used to charge electronics like phones. You'll never be able to charge it back up to where it was at the end of your camping weekend, and you'll end up buying a new car battery a lot sooner. This unit is designed for charging phones, so even if you don't need it as a CPAP battery, it's a much better solution than taking your car to the mechanic later. It also packs enough juice that you can charge multiple phones with it. At 72,000 mAh, and most smartphone batteries at about 4,000-5,000 mAh, you'll get around 15 full charges out of it before you need to plug it in again.

I’ve had this for a couple of years and the most time I’ve gotten out of it to run my CPAP is 4 hours. Not happy with what I paid versus the time it runs my CPAP. I need it to run for at least 8 hours which is why I bought it.

My Dreamstation CPAP pressure is set at 9. As a test, I fully charged the unit when it first arrived, and then used it 6 nights in a row! It died about 5 hours into the 6th night - fantastic duration (your mileage may vary). I sleep on average about 7.5 hours per night.I plan on using this unit while camping for up to 4 nights, so I am very pleased with the results of my test.It comes with a variety of connectors, none of which worked for me. I had already purchased separately the proper cord for my CPAP that connects to the cigarette power outlet on this unit, and this worked perfectly for me.I recommend this product.

This worked great. Went camping off grid for a week and recharged with 60 watt solar panel and it worked great.I feel like I can now enjoy the outdoors again.Thank you!!!!

This product might be fine for camping purposes, but don’t count on it for running a C-Pap. We bought and tried 2different cables that were suggested without success. Instructions could be improved upon for general use! Good luck.

I have no idea how good a battery this is because I didn't unwrap it. It is quite heavy and bulky but not inappropriately so when its massive stated capacity is taken into account. I bought it for a trip to Europe and, very luckily, came across the US regulation that limits carry-on Lithium battery capacity to 160 Wh. This battery is far bigger than that, which should be much more prominently stated in the product description. Had I gone through security with this battery, I probably would have had to forfeit it to avoid missing my flight. Close call. Unlike its smaller, airline-compatible brother (ASIN B0C4PKWD36), this battery doe not have a built in voltage converter, so it cannot provide more than 12 VDC.
