Smells good and a bit steep!
ESCADA's Show Me Love perfume is a perfect fragrance for anyone looking for a sophisticated mix of sensuality and gourmandise. The blueberry and jasmine macaron-inspired scent is a crunchy yet soft macaron illuminated by sparkling citrus fruits and colorful, juicy blueberry accents. The floral heart enhanced with the slightly fruity sunny facet of seasonal jasmine and the powdery notes of heliotrope adds a delightful feminine touch. One of the most appealing features of this perfume is the rich base, which contains a creamy addiction of sandalwood and vanilla, giving the Escada perfume for women a comforting cocoon-like effect. The glossy, heart-shaped bottle dressed in deep red velvet, evoking theater curtains, is also quite striking. The only downside is that the scent doesn't last very long and needs to be reapplied throughout the day. The price of £52 is also a bit steep for the quantity. However, it's a vegan perfume, which reflects ESCADA’s mission to create contemporary fragrances that are eco-conscious.Overall, Show Me Love is a lovely perfume for women that blends fruit, floral, and gourmand notes to create a sweet and alluring scent. If you're looking for a vegan perfume with a unique fragrance, this is definitely worth trying.

Luxuriously sweet and intensely feminine!
One of the signs the universe keeps sending me daily is hearts. I found rocks, splashes of paint, flowers, veggies, and so much more, constantly reminding me that I am beyond loved. Moreover, jasmine is one of my favourite fragrances and plants. I have many jasmine shrubs in the garden that spread their sweet smell everywhere, and I use an oil dispenser with its essential oil.Escada perfumes are intense and have special notes. I was intrigued and slightly apprehensive about trying Show me Love, because it seemed extremely sweet, with blueberry, jasmine, macaroon, and sandalwood tones. I am not fond of sweet perfumes, but it was Escada, so I took the risk.I have read reviews stating that the perfume smells like gin and tonic or vape juice. As a gin drinker and vaper, I can swear that it does not even remotely smell like the two listed above. The first note is sweet and juicy blueberries. Nonetheless, it is not a cloying first note. Slowly and suavely, jasmine scents start appearing. The final note is the baked macaroons and sandalwood. The perfume maintains the sweet berry scent throughout, having fantastic sillage and longevity. As time goes by, the lingering smell reminds me of Chanel Allure, luxurious and feminine. It is probably one of the few sweet perfumes that I genuinely enjoy wearing!!

I absolutely love the unassuming depth of this perfume and how intricate the notes are.
I love how the first notes that reach my nose when I spray this perfume on my skin are a bit tart and more grapefruit-like. Then it opens up into berry lemonade-like heaven and then settles into creamy sensual musk.I love that it is not sugary sweet or syrupy fruity but with the subtle and light sweetness of blueberries that creates that musky finish. In addition, it has airy floral notes from woody jasmine and the soft warmth of freshly baked macarons. The scent trail that this perfume leaves (sillage) doesn’t linger for long but it does capture attention like a hint of something yummy. Mostly it stays close to the skin rather than leaving a long-lasting track. It also doesn’t project far so only those who stand close to me can really enjoy the blueberry-jasmine-macarons bouquet. The longevity is not day long but just enough to stay for 3-4 hours.I absolutely love the unassuming depth of this perfume and how intricate the notes are.

Sweet smelling
First off I'd just like to say how difficult it is to review perfume as I appreciate that it's a very personal choice and whilst one person will love it the next person will not. When I tried this my husband asked me to leave the room as he thought the smell was terrible (like strawberry jam he thought). My reaction wasn't quite that bad but I'm afraid it's not really for me. I do smell the blueberry notes but I think it's a little too sweet.Perhaps I'll ask younger family members what they think of it and then look at my review again in light of their comments. The bottle is really sweet though.Priced at £52.38 at time of review then for me personally I'd much rather have something else.

Sweetness Above All
This Vegan friendly eau de parfum from Escada comes in packaging which will appeal to those who like to make a statement with the deep red gift box opening to reveal a large heart which would add a bit of impact to your dressing table! The good news is that this a 100ml bottle and being an eau de parfum certainly offers a bit more longevity and depth to the fragrance. What about that fragrance? There is no doubting this is fundamentally a sweet one with the predominantly elements to my nose being sweet blueberry with a base of vanilla. Between those notes it gets more muddied-the promised jasmine is very much in the background whilst the macarron smell is certainly very much there comes over as a general overpowering sweetness rather than something more distinctive. My wife sees this very much a Summer fragrance for wearing on Sunny days when the natural warmth of the scent feels in keeping with the weather. A nice gift for someone who loves a feminine parfum in both fragrance and packaging, but one where the particular notes do get rather lost in the sweetness.
