I have been wanting one of these but didn't want to spend so much money. Found this at a great price and it works perfect, so happy I got it.

I think I have found my new hobby. This is the second time we get together with friends and make pasta and make enough to freeze for other dates. Such a cool thing you can attach this perfectly to you kitchen aid and works so well.

The media could not be loaded. No one make-a tha pasta like-a Mama. So when Mama said she wanted a pasta attachment for her Kitchen Aid, it was the A #1 priority. The AMZCHEF 3 in 1 checked all the boxes and in just a few days it arrived and we were ready to get cooking.Unfortunately, the first one seemed to have a bit of a problem, only one of the roller was rolling. Also there was something rattling around inside. Quale tragedia! Our new Pasta Maker was defective. Amazon to the rescue. After a completely painless process, we had a replacement on hand lightning fast. So let's take a look at what you get:Everything is nicely arranged and protected in the box. Be careful with the packaging because it's really good for storing the Pasta Maker between uses. It comes with the roller assembly, a dual-sides brush / scraper and a foldable laundry tree to hang the pasta up like-a Mama would hang-a uppa you shirts and shorts to dry.The Maker fits in the front socket of the Kitchen Aid, there's a dimple in the driveshaft and you line up the metal nub with the set screw to tighten in place. Be sure it's all the way in! You will probably bang your knuckles tightening down the set screw, it would be neat if they included a longer screw to hitch this bad boy down easier. I hooked it up and let Mama do her thing.Now a word of note: There is still some sort of manufacturing oil on the rollers when this arrives. It would probably take forever to try to wipe everything down. While odds are the oil is harmless, Mama still made a sacrificial glob of dough to run through the rollers and mop up the oil. When that was done, rolling out a fresh laundry tree full of pasta was an absolute joy!Cleanup? Pop off the top cover, let the remains dry out and use the handy-dandy brush to clean out the crumbs! My family have been making all kinds of food by ourselves since SIP. And we all like pastas and noodles. So I bought an Imperia counter top pasta machine to make fresh noodles by myself. After using it for one time, I found it was so hard to make noodles just by one person. So I return it and bought this set of pasta maker to work with our Kitchenaid mixer (I didn't bought this at the beginning due to the expensive price). But what a live safer! I could easily make fresh noodles all by myself and didn't need any help. And it saved me so much more time than the Imperia one! Only one small issue that you need to be careful is that the thin noodle maker is a bit tricky to use. You have to cut the end of the flat noodle sheet streight to make it roll in easily. Otherwise you would think it might be broken. It took me about ten minutes to figured it out. It didn't have any problem on the other 2 parts. So over all, this set of pasta maker for the Kitchenaid stand mixer is worth the extra money and could save you a lot of time and work. The fresh made noodles and pastas taste soooo goood!!!

This pasta maker is just what I was looking for. I had purchased a similar one before and when best friend saw it, she wanted one too. So, I decided to give her mine and buy this one again. I like to use vegetable juice or carrot juice to make colorful and nutritious noodles. Of course, if the dough is too hard, my stand mixer won't be able to handle it. Therefore, I make the dough softer and this maker works perfectly. Even if I don't add anything to the freshly pasta , they still taste delicious.

Difficult to operate, instructions unclear

I had always wanted a pasta maker for my kitchenaid and I found this product. It fit perfectly with my mixer, the instructions were easy to understand and the pasta came out beautifully. Easy to use and cleaning. And there's three size pasta I can make. Recommend it.

I like this unit because all 3 units are in one. I like to run my flat dough all the way down to number 2 and immediately run it on the tagliolini or tagliatelle blade. Kitchenaid has 3 separate units requiring me to stop and change the units. Much more efficient, I love that.
