Took a chance and got more than expected. Pan is well made of good quality aluminum. Coating is very non stick. Handle on lid is insulated at the rivets with silicone washers. All in all a great value. Works perfectly with my induction cooktop.

I treated this pan as suggested and had a successful trial run cooking chicken. I added a little oil to the pan before I placed the chicken pieces in the pan. I was satisfied with the chicken, but noticed that I had to rub a bit to clean it. I have not used the pan again, but plan to see the results with other meats and vegetables.The pan also had a small dent in the middle of the pan, but I didn't want to return the pan for such a minor defect.

This pan has been awful. It says no oil....that is a joke. I spent over $40 thinking this pan would be better than cheaper ones. It is only 3 months old and sticks so badly I can no longer use it. There ought to be a lemon law option for the return of an item like this.

Works OK on our induction cooker. However pork and chicken stick and leave burned fond in the skillet that are difficult to remove. Scrubbing with a ceramic cooktop cleaner will clean it. Very disappointed that this skillet is not non stick.

We have been using this pan for over a year and it is still working well. We are careful not to scratch it when cooking with it and when cleaning it and food is still not sticking to it. We use it almost every day.

On the first use everything stuck to this pan. It also is not a flat bottom and wobbles on my glass top stove. I do like the light weight, the large size and the comfortable handle, but if your looking for durability and non stick... keep looking.

Easy to use, the glass cover is very useful for cooking. I use just a little bit of oil, for the taste and color.Nothing sticks to the pan, easy to clean.

I have an induction stovetop. I had purchased a different pan whose design was similar to this one, aluminum body with a stainless steel clad bottom. This pan works better on the induction stovetop than the other. Because the body is aluminum, it doesn't work as well as steel and cast iron pans, but it works well enough for my 4-star rating.

it's big, goes from stove to oven really well..cleans up easily....
