Our process involves applying our patterns on wood, Routing the pieces, cutting the pieces out individually, sanding the pieces, and then gluing each piece back together. The creation is then painted with Acrylic paint, and a clear polyurethane finish is applied. The number of pieces in each creation is different, depending on the size and complexity of the product. Each and every creation is handmade, hand painted, and made one at a time. Each creation is an original and is ready to hang on your wall. We only make one at a time, so when an item sells and is shipped, me make a new one.
