I purchased the sleep rail to ensure my daughter does not fall of her twin bed. The package arrived and it was so small I didn't think it will amount to anything. The product came in a super tightly packed ball the size of volleyball and it was a bit challenging opening it without kutting the foam. However once I pilled it out the foam began expanding and became really nice looking very firm barrier that once placed in the yellow case fits perfectly under the bed sheets with no chance of slipping. It is also attractive enough to stay on the top of the bed during the day.Overall very, very satisfied with the product. Highly recommended! Happy mom!

It's crazy how small it came packed because as soon as you unwrap the tape, it expands into the perfect size. We placed it in my sons toddler bed (converted from a crib) with and without the cover. It didn't budge one bit and my son didn't seem to mind it at all. He then wanted to start sleeping with his sister who already has two bed rails on the sides of her full-sized bed. Since he moves around a lot, I decided to place this SleepRail on the bottom of the bed and it fit perfectly.The only reason why I'm giving it four stars is because the cover was a complete pain to put on. There was no way of being delicate with it so I tore a bit of it at the seams.

I was leery at first about if this would work better than the actual plastic railing but this is awesome! Our newly 2 year old does great and not even close to falling out. I agree with other reviews we did have to take the slip that came with it off and just use the foam against the mattress to ensure it stayed put. Overall, VERY happy with our purchase will recommend anywhere and get again for our second child!

We used a bed rail for our one son which worked great although it could be a bit of a challenge changing the sheets and a pain to take down and travel. We were going to use that for our younger son when he outgrew the crib, but it did not work quite right on his bed so we purchased these.These are great and very easy to use. All you do is put it under the sheet. Our son has no problem climbing in and out of bed and has not fallen out of his bed since we got this. These are much easier to travel with than our other bed rail. It's also very soft.Pros:* Easy to use* Does not move once it's positioned* Soft which makes it easy to get in and out of bed (intentionally)* Convenient - setup consists of placing it under the bed sheetI would definitely recommend this. These do come packaged tightly and do grow to a nice size. It does take 1-2 days to get to full size but still functional as soon as you open it.

We purchased two of these and have been very happy with them. Our toddler ends up in our bed every night. We needed something to keep her from rolling off the bed once my husband and I wake for work. Pillows weren't heavy enough and we didn't want to install clunky rails on our bed. These are perfect! We keep them beside our bed and can easily toss them on the bed when one or both of us leave the bed. We have found they work best when placed under the fitted sheet, but work great on top of the sheet as well. We're also planning on using them as we transition our daughter to her own bed soon. Overall, solid product and purchase! Would buy again.

I love this product. I have a mattress that won't fit the traditional bed rails since my mattress is way to thick. I bought them so I could have my puppy sleep with me in bed and not fall off. I have a disabled dog that has issues walking so I bought these since lining my bed with pillows wasn't working. I didn't use the yellow cover that was provided as they stay in place wonderfully. The dog has fallen on them and digs at them and they haven't moved one bit. My puppy weights about 40 pounds so I don't know how well it will work when he gets bigger, but I am confident they will do as they are supposed to. I hope this helps.

We did a bed rail with our first and it broke during a move, so I thought I'd try this with our second since it was a little cheaper and came as a two-pack, leaving us with an extra for visiting cousins and friends. There's nothing really wrong with this product if you have a child that doesn't actually need something to keep them in bed. It's just that the grips on the bottom are laughable for an active 2 year old, who wrestles and rearranges it constantly, even under tight sheets. It mostly keeps him on except when it slides over the side. It would be great if it had a strap you could wrap around the mattress or something. If I had to do it again, I'd buy another bed rail.

I've become very pleasantly surprised at this. When I first received it the rail was INCREDIBLY sealed up. It was actually very difficult to get the wrapping off of. I was also concerned about the thickness. After a few hours and now a week or two, the rail has plumped up and has become a perfectly good and safe option for my son's bed. It runs basically the full length of his toddler bed and is enough to prevent him from rolling out. It's also easy enough for him to climb over when he wants to get out of bed himself.
