These are the dullest knives I’ve ever bought. It’s unfortunate because I’m not great at knife sharpening and don’t want to have to have 5 kitchen knives sharpened. Would not buy again. Update after a few months. Coating is coming off everywhere. This knife is barely used. My girlfriend does 0 cooking and she’s the only one who uses it and it’s only to cut pizza maybe once every two weeks. We don’t have a dishwasher and they are hand washed. This may be my worst amazon purchase ever.

I'm reviewing the LH LIMASSOL Hand Forged Chef Knife Set with Leather Roll Kit 5PCs -- This set of knives looks gorgeous and the roll is made of real leather (I elieve it"s cow hide), it is quite thick and it"s a bit stiff because it is so new and should relax and soften as time goes by. The knives are Ok sharp, and could be sharpened with a sharpening stone by hand. The knives have a balanced weight and nice wood handles...what I didn't like was how sharp the end of the Handles were, I will need to have my husband use a buffer to smooth them down so PLEASE BE CAREFUL not to cut yourself. I took off 1 star for that.
