Great for high speed (10Gb/s) fiber converter to 2.5 Gb/s ethernet.
If you have a 10 Gb/s backbone for your local network, this device works very well as a fiber converter with devices that are only 2.5 Gb/s or slower. Very quiet and it has not gotten hot. Been using it a couple of months and there have been no problems.

Excellent switch!
This is a really great switch to setup a 10 GbE over 10Gbase-T. Well made and good performance. I'm using them to provide 10 GbE between a NAS and desktop. It's nice that they have 2 x 10Gbase-T ports. One for the link between switches and one for the host/NAS on either end. All of the ports, including the 2 x 10 GbE ones also support 2.5G/1G and the 4 x 2.5G also support 100M (FastEthernet). The LED indicators on the 10 GbE ports turn green if they can negotiate a 10 GbE link otherwise they are amber for 2.5G/1G.

Easy plug and play switch
This worked great to bridge my NAS and Router to my modem. Affordable and there’s a variety of styles. I have SPF so that’s what I chose but they have RJ45 Copper versions as well.If you don’t need to trunk/aggregate anything this is a stable solution. Has been up and running for over a month now.👍

Works pretty well
I got the QSW-2104-2T-A-US (New). Not sure what's new about it, but the lower price was nice.It works well and at full rated speed on all the ports.I did experience it restarting or having trouble negotiating on some of the ports right after rebooting it, and it seems to be sensitive to being moved around, though hard to say how much of that is due to the switch or the connection (probably the latter I'm thinking), but nothing it didn't resolve on its own within like a minute. I don't notice any issues throughout the day, never had any interruptions when using it, so if it does restart it's exceedingly rare and probably quick.Best of all, it's cool to the touch. Sturdy metal casing, nice large rubber feet and doesn't overheat. Contrast with the more expensive Netgear GS110MX/GS110EMX which has also had a spate of failures due to overheating. That's 2x10GB, 8x1GB. This is 2x10GB, 4x2.5GB and doesn't get anywhere near as hot. Netgear needs to get their act together. They actually dropped the price on those GS110 switches, probably in response to the release of this one which is selling out like crazy. I already bought a second from Amazon and there's a few weeks wait before it ships.

Works great 7 months later
I have an OpnSense box that goes to a main switch in one room, then runs to a media cabinet in another room which distributes to the rest of the house. I was using a Hasivo switch from AliExpress in the media cabinet as the main relay switch and had a lot of issues with random lag. The second I replaced it with this, I've had no issues. Unfortunately it's hard to find a managed 2.5/10GBE switch that doesn't cost an insane amount, so until the prices come down this works great.

Fast 9+ Gbps throughput with the 10GbE ports
I purchased one switch and now have a second on the way.I've had no problem getting 9+ Gbps throughput with the 10GbE ports. And over 2.2Gbps throughput from the 2.5GbE ports. And the switch does not get hot. It has been well worth the price.I've done multiple 500GB+ transfers between the 10GbE ports and the 2.5GbE ports and have had no issues.Transferring from a PC connected to one 10GbE port and two servers connected to two of the 2.5GbE ports. Transfers have been consistently fast and smooth with the very large 500+GB of data. With file sizes over 70GB each.EDIT: I've been using two of these for five months now, and I have had no issues with them. I am currently using both switches inline. With a 10GbE uplink on one switch. And then the other 10gbE port going to the second switch. I then have my Plex UHD machine connected to a 10GbE port, on the second switch. And the eight, 2.5GbE ports are connected to eight of my unRAID setups.

Not good
For one thing, it arrived in a beat up brown cardboard box with just the switch in 1 zip lock bag and the power supply in another zip lock bag and everything wrapped it bubble wrap. There was no original box or any paperwork. It looked used like something that would have been bought on eBay. I thought I was purchasing a brand new product in a sealed original box.For the second thing, it does not even work well. Performance is poor. I'm getting about 60% of the performance that I get with a different 2.5gbe switch. Even connecting two 1gbe devices to it and transferring a very large file, I'm only getting about 60 MB/s whereas a different regular only 1gbe switch I get about 100+ MB/s.I would not recommend this product or this seller.

After using other brands, this one WORKS
To start, I'll say I'm just glad it works as advertised. I tried a Zyxel XGS1250-12 and a cheap knockoff no-name brand from Amazon. There's no frills with this switch, just plug and play. I get full bandwidth over the SFP+ from my router (Asus RT-AX89X) with my PC connected to one of the 4 2.5gbps ports. This is only day 1 but I'm just pleased that it works. This switch handles ALL my internet traffic except the wifi from the main router. My node/access point wifi units are plugged into this switch to eliminate any unnecessary switching duties from my router (the only cable plugged into my main router is the SFP+) . I will update this review if anything changes.
