Not sure what happened but one the flags looks like it was stained with black. The other one looks amazing.

These have a rubber type feel to them and are velcro. They are great for velcro patch backpacks. Purchased for a teen who likes flags from around the world, and he loves it. The colors are great, and it has held up really well.
