My daughter wanted “skincare” and this is a great alternative to others that have harsh ingredients that younger girls don’t need!

Perfect for your tween or teen as an introduction to skin care. I gifted this pack to my niece and, although reluctant, she said she was going to try to use it (hope she does). However, I think back to when I was a kid... and I wish I could have had a trustworthy adult (or older cousin) that would have advised me on skin care. Can't really talk about how well the product works (I don't visit my niece very often), but I think this is a a nice way to bond and teach tweens how to keep their face skin healthy and smooth.

I got the set for my son who is 12 because he was interested in starting some skin care before the dreaded pimple stage starts. He was able to take the pink and bright blue of the set as a joke, it’s not exactly branded for boys. The skin care set was able to handle cleaning off large amounts of dirt and sweat from my son playing outside and kept his face moisturized even in the middle of winter. The headband was fairly large and worked well on his giant head to help keep back his bangs.

I got this for my 12 year old daughter and she was so happy to unwrap it for Christmas. It's the perfect starter facial set and she uses it every day. She said it smells good and feels really nice on her face. It comes with a headband which is very useful to pull your hair back out of your face so you don't get any moisturizer/cleanser in your hair. She has dry skin and this helped that tremendously!

The moisturizer and cleanser are fragrance free. Both seem gentle from my testing it on my own skin. The packaging is cute. I ordered this for my almost-13-year-old granddaughter and it's a little young looking for her. The 90210 reference seems a little dated for a tween/teen now but maybe they rebooted it.And, even though the Amazon page indicates it's made in the US, it is not. There is clearly a 'made in Canada' on the packaging and it's distributed in the US. As well, on the page and if you click on the manufacturer's link on the Amazon page, there is no About Us or listing of ingredients. You have to receive the packaging to know what the ingredients are, or I finally googled Petite 'n Pretty to find the ingredients list and to see what other info is on there and did find a bit more.I think she'll enjoy it all the same.
