I am close to the end of my first bottle and I feel as though I have taken nothing. I am not saying that this supplement does not work. It may work for other people but it just does not work for me, thus the three star rating.What some people have to realize in terms of efficacy is supplements are like medication. Your doctor may put you on a new medication and when it does not have the desired effect they will take you off and put you on another medication from the same drug class which may then have the desired effect.

I have not only found my mental clarity better but my mood seems to be much more calm as well. Recommend this product.

It takes a few weeks to work, but it works. It sure helped me focus and it helped me not feel like I am in a dash for most of the day.
