Just sweet jerky, no korean flavoring...
This jerky is good but it's not true Korean BBQ flavoring. It is very sweet and I can't detect any Korean flavoring or influence. That being said I actually like sweet jerky so I'll keep buying it because it is very tasty. If you are wanting true Korean BBQ flavoring though keep looking because this is just sweet. The jerky is tender and soft and it has a light after taste. Marketed as just sweet jerky would have gotten it five stars.

Package includes free dead fly
Literally packaged with a preserved fly still in it! That's how you know its fresh

Bourbon, how about bourdon't
I purchased my pack of pacific gold reserve bourbon glazed jerky from a local albertsons and I must say, no thank you. The bourbon flavor is definitely there, and VERY strong, along with a very powerful alcohol flavor which makes very little sense since the alcohol should've been evaporated during the dehydration process. As for texture this jerky was incredibly hard, and by the same token would fall apart into slivers quite quickly which is not a something I look for in a jerky (I prefer either tender soft jerky packed with flavor, or tough, chew on it for a hour jerky also packed with flavor, this was neither?)

Tastes good but too dry
I wanted to try the Bourbon Glazed Jerky, because it sounded like a really interesting idea. Although the taste was interesting, I thought it was way to dry even though the Best By Date isn't for another 10 months. Next time I'll just stick with the Sasquatch kind.
