FINALLY - An Enjoyable NA Aperitif
It's Dry January, and as I've sampled various NA spirits, it's been a very disappointing month. Most NA products I've tried have had an unacceptable-to-awful aroma and/or taste - but not this one. Abstinence Spirits Blood Orange Aperitif emulates a good Italian amaro without falling onto the trap of trying to exactly reproduce it. It has a beautiful balance of color, citrus, spice, bitter, and a spot-on blood orange foundation. It is delightful in both mocktails and straight on the rocks (a test that many NA products fail miserably). My only quibble is that - for my taste - it could have more of a bitter bite, but I've accommodated that by mixing it with tonic and bitters. I'll be reordering very soon.

Spritzer replacement
A wonderful replacement for a non-alcoholic spritzer. Excellent taste and refreshing after notes.

Ignore the Non Alcoholic Part
If you treat this like a soft drink, you won’t notice that it’s a mocktail. It’s perfectly fine mixed with carbonated water. It has a nice sweet citrus taste that I like very much. I can see why it has won so many awards.

Terrific Zero-Proof Drink
Very surprised that this was non-alcoholic! The taste was great. Adding a little carbonated water was also a good choice.

Taste like kids syrup
Too sweet, no bitters and no returns

Way too bitter NA drink
I don't know if they have a mixing, QC issue... Some people said it wasn't very bitter... I made the mistake of pouring about 2 oz to try straight... Woah, super bitter. I watered it down with 10 oz of sprite and it was still hardly drinkable. I'll try starting with soda and add a splash of this stuff and more if needed. Not a fan so far.

Use for Aperol spritz, safe, no dye
Use instead of Aperol which has red dye. Lighter in flavor but nice.

Dry January helper
Halfway through Dry January I was tired of the sweet mocktails and didn't want to spend my time muddling and making simple syrup. I needed something with a little bite to it. I was very happy with this nonalcoholic aperitif. It was great with some ice and a sparkling water splash.
