I used the first blow dryer I receive and within 3 dries it no longer blew any air at all. The lights flashed when turned on and nothing. So I was sent another one. The second drier I was able to complete 2 dries and it died half way through the 3rd dry. What a disappointment. I wish the hot cold cycling would work on a blow dryer more than 2-3 times.

I was not sure what to expect for the wildly expensive price but I will say that this is obviously not your average hair dryer.Even the box itself was upscale with felt interior and magnetic clasp. The dryer was very light and the twist to fold feature makes it more compact.Really like how it is not very loud and sounds more like a jet taking off. Everything about this product screams premium but just not sure it is worth the price.Would recommend because it works and is very nice overall.

If you’re in the market for a very lightweight dryer that doesn’t take up a lot of space (and looks amazing while doing it), it’s a great choice. This would be outstanding for travel but I do hesitate to think of actually doing that because the MSRP is indeed luxury level and I’d be concerned about losing it. Nonetheless. This hairdryer is fantastic. I have a brand name drugstore one that sounds like a jet engine. This one is quiet and powerful. Quickly dries my thick hair. Blow dryer feels well made. I should also mention that the packaging was very high end -- magnetic closure box, custom foam packaging, etc. Attachments are magnetic. However, I do think the price is too high.

I purchased this item on July 26. On October 1 it stopped working. Amazon is unable to assist with the return. Amazon representatives tried connecting me directly to the manufacturer. After being on hold with one rep for over 15 minutes the call was dropped. I've now been on hold a second time for over 20 minutes and cannot get to a live person. I'm extremely disappointed in the service received from Amazon and the hair dryer manufacturer.

This hair dryer is really light weight, and it also folds, which is perfect for on the go/travelling! I really like the various heat settings and it has 3 magnetic attachments as well. I feel like my hair is a lot more manageable after using this device. It definitely helps get rid of my frizz. Yes, it is on the expensive side, but is it worth it. I do think after using my friend's Dyson, it is comparable.
