This is the first time that I have a Power Bank with a Power Outlet and it is great.The OMARS Power Bank features two full sized USB Ports and an AC Input with Converter. It can be used to recharge any device that uses a USB Cable and can power up small appliances or charge more heavy stuff (such as a Magsafe Macbook) for up to 80W.It features 24000 mAh of pure power. The power bank came in a really nice packaging and was as described. Something to note is that is huge. It is way bigger than what I expected (judged by the capacity and relative size of others that do not have a AC Outlet). However, it does not weigh much related to its size.It comes with only a cable: a DC cable in order to charge it back.Some things that I'd like to have in this charger would be a USB C connector and the possibility to recharge the power bank via Micro USB or USB C. It would be better since it uses a propietary DC cable to charge it back.Overall a great power bank for the price, especially for power users.

I loved it! I deal with severe chemical sensitivities and when I have to be in a public place on occasion, I always carry with me a portable air purifier made by Amaircare. I love it and I own 2 of them - one of which I keep in my car. But when I need to take one of them into a building, or somewhere away from home, I need a power source for it. The one portable battery pack that I had for many years would only power it for 2-3 hours at best. This little Omars AC Power Bank kept my air purifier, which only takes .5 amp of electricity, running for 8 hours! Amazing! It will actually run it for 12 hours!!! I tested it at home to see how well it worked! It did everything I needed it to do! And it's portable and not that heavy! I love it!! Thank you so, so, so much!!!!

I bought one of these a year ago, and liked it. So I bought a second one a few months later. One for the house, one for the road.I've been using the house unit to power a DESK LAMP in a part of the room that does not have a power outlet. This gives me light where I need it without the risk of running an extension cord.The lamp uses a 9 watt (60 watt equivalent) bulb. The charger keeps it operating at full brightness for several hours. Then I recharge it overnight.I've read that lithium ion batteries can manage up to 500 charges before they start failing, but did not find this to be true. One of the units I bought stopped working after about 250 charges. (Its warranty had expired by the time it died.) It cost about $75, so that comes to about 30 cents per day to keep my desk lamp lit. The second unit has been recharged about 100 times and is doing fine so far.For me paying 30 cents a day to power a lamp is worth it, because it gives me light at my desk without having to run a bunch of extension cords (which are a tripping hazard). (I attached the the unit to the lamp with a velcro strap, and shortened the lamp's cord ––– instant portable lamp.)If I was not using it for this purpose, I'd still want one around to keep the house brightly lit during power outages.P.S. I also sometimes use it to power my (very old) 17" Macbook pro when its battery is running low. It works fine for that purpose, but the MBP draws a lot of power, so it only powers the laptop for a couple of hours on a full charge.

If you try to compare this to other chargers/battery packs it seems a little big, but the fact that this will charge laptops, and run other normal electrical devices you have to realize it will be bigger. You would not want this just to charge your phone or tablets.I like the lights on the side that indicate how much charge you have, and also indicates when it is charging. This easily charges my iPhone and my iPad at the same time, it will also provide a really good charge for my laptop or Surface. I have also used it to power a light for a dark area. I have not tried it will a TV yet, but depending on the TV, I am sure this will power it for a least a little while.The one thing I don't like about it, is that the plug, as you can see in the second picture, does not have a ground plug. I don't know if this was intentional for grounding purposes, but it eliminates devices that requires the grounded plugs from being able to be used with this charger.

We have only been able to use this product hand-full of times and have only been able to charge it 3 times. On the fourth attempt to charge it wouldn't take the charge. The first of the four lights just blinks when attempting to charge. We purchased it for charging our phones while doing outdoor activities. It worked great the first few uses then would not take any charge at all. This seems to be a theme with this device. People who have had it for any length of time have had issues. I'm not even sure if the inverter worked on it as we never got a chance to use anything but the USB ports.Update: purchased a new power supply, just in case. I didn't want to give up on this, considering it's price. Still didn't work.

Recently bought this portable charger even though it is a little bigger than I would like it to be because I like the type that fit into my pocket without much attention gained from it. However, its been a pretty nifty tool because I charge it overnight and it charges all my electronics throughout the day, especially my phone. I've even used it for my computer a couple times and it worked perfectly. It charges my things pretty quickly compared to some other battery packs that I've used in the past. Might have to buy another one just to have around because its so useful!
