I liked this product as does my dog liked the fact you can change the distance it throws the balls

The media could not be loaded.  My dog LOVES playing with the ball so we went for this. It’s great to play with when it’s wet outside! However, you can only use the 3 balls it comes with, but my dog likes to chew them and get damage over time… also, not as easy to get my dog to play on it’s one as the surface is quite tall (for my short leg dog.

Item is good, however build quality is not. We had to take apart to fix the track coming off the guides. On carrying, the cable dropped and the plug dropped on the floor and shattered. Not very good as this is nowunusable. With all the advice on third party chargers I contacted the seller through Amazon and they have not responded. Disappointing as item is expensive.

It does what it sets out to do. Its not too noisy and it has three variable length 'throws'. Our cockapoo loves it, but has been unable to master reloading it herself, which is a giant PIA. Three stars because of the RIDICULOUS price.

I got this for my small puppy who is 8 months old. She's a Jackhuahua.It's quiet enough and easy to set up. I have it at the shortest throwing level as my living room isn't that long.My pup and I enjoyed this for days. She had even gotten to the point where she was happy to bring the ball right to the machine. I was hoping to teach her to put the ball in herself.However, she got distracted and was too close to where the ball comes out and the ball hit her right in her eyeball. She was yelping in pain for a long time. I checked her over and her eye was watering so much but other than that she was ok.Now she won't use it. It's really put her off. I tried after a few days but she sat at the other end of the living room and wouldn't come near it.Other than that, we both had a great time using it. Hopefully in time, she'll use it again.I'm really happy to keep it and give this a 5 star review.

My dog just love it, I bought it for the second time as the first got very dirty inside and spinning wasn’t working properly anymore and etc.So that’s my heads up only, just try to give a quick clean after, just to take it out some hair or dust that might stuck there as your dog is putting inside a wet ball, which will gets dirty.This second one is with us for a while now, I would say nearly a year and no problem.

This launcher works as suggested. There are 3 different levels of how far you want the ball to go. As indicated in other reviews, as the ball gets wet the shorter the distance the ball will launch. A downside to this, is the balls that are provided. (3) They break down pretty fast and the replacement cost for the exact same ball is expensive. I suggest, getting similar balls at Petco or TJMAX. Other than that, it works great.

me ha gustado el juguete en sí , está muy bien para que juegue todo el tiempo tu mascota.me gusta que tenga diferentes distancias de lanzamiento .no me ha gustado que hace un ruido que parece ahuyentar a la mascota o la despista .la pena es que aun estoy en practicas de entreno con mi yorkshire , para que le pierda miedo a la maquina y podamos empezar a enseñarle que deje en el recipiente la pelota para que se las vuelva a lanzar

Ho avuto occasione di acquistarlo usato con Warehouse Amazon anche se non tutte le recensioni sono positive. Devo dire che è fatto molto bene e funziona alla grande, per quanto riguarda il rumore, dove alcuni si lamentavano, non è affato rumoroso. Ci sono 3 livelli per quanto riguarda la distanza di lancio e il mio cane ne va matto anche se deve ancora imparare a mettere la pallina dentro l'imbuto. Sono molto soddisfatto del prodotto, unica pecca è il prezzo per acquistarlo nuovo.
