I bought this because I was told that silk pillowcases are much better for your skin and hair. I can confirm since using it that I have found significantly fewer hairs on the pillowcase upon waking up in the morning as it does not tug on the strands during sleep nearly as much. I can't say if it is made my skin better but I imagine with less dust adhesion compared to cotton it should be keeping my face more clean. Just beware not to put it in a tumble dryer or it may start to feel like a cotton pillowcase afterwards - hang dry it away from sunlight (it dries very quickly anyway). It is a bit expensive at £20 when I bought it but the quality is superb and I can't go back to a cotton pillowcase now.

Was recommended this product. It cools you down at night. It is good for skin and hair. My skin is glowing no more creases on face from sleeping all night. My hairdresser also commented on how good the condition of my hair is. 10 out of 10.
