The chair arrived with the plastic lumbar support on one side broken off. Due to the way that part is designed it is unfixable. From an overall standpoint the chair is low quality. I have bought office chairs previously in the same price range and found them to be much higher quality, more sturdy, solid feeling (the chair I intended to replace with this was the same price but much better build, only replacing it due to the way the arms don't fit under my desk). The plastic in the back is flimsy, the bolts that hold the pieces together don't exactly line up. I purchased this chair for the folding arms option and even with that feature fitting perfectly for what I need I cant recommend this product.Update. Within a few days I got an email direct from the vendor offering me either a replacement chair or something else that they sell with a two year warranty. There wasn't much to choose from in what they sell on amazon but I found them to be very proactive in trying to send me something else. I ordered a different chair from their offering and hope to see better quality. I would give them five stars for customer service effort. As a side note I did manage to repair the delivered broken chair with epoxy glue and it feels like it won't budge however my opinion of the build quality has not changed after a week and my opinion still remains at one star for quality of that product.Second Update. The vendor was impressively proactive in sending me another product. I ordered New Racing Style Chair with Footrest,Ergonomic Executive Gaming Home/Office Chair with Lumbar Support&Headrest (model number MA-888-W) and it was delivered within a few days. This chair was significantly more substantial in feel/solidity. However the leg rest felt like an afterthought and was not very solid. I think they sell this same model chair without the leg rest for less and that appears to be a better deal. On the whole, the chair I am describing is not really anything like the chair I ordered and originally reviewed. The fit of this chair compared to the one I purchased is quite different. Ultimately this new chair did not work for me (but there is a boy who is tickled pink to have a fancy new gaming chair in his room). After a few weeks of usage, my opinion of the original chair has not changed. It feels cheap. This is a disappointment as the design was precisely what I needed (folding arms) for my studio desk. I will use the original chair until it isnt serviceable and then replace it with something better. Vendor gets five stars for customer care, the product they sent me gets three stars and the chair I originally ordered still gets one star.

Chair was delivered a day late and defective. The chair back and seat each have holes for and metal inserts for bolts for the arms. Basically the arms hold everything together. The chair back was missing an insert so could not take a bolt. Replaced the chair today (came on time) with the exact same model and it assembled in about 30 minutes. My only comment to new buyers is it's worth the money but when you assemble the chair do the seat and arm assembly bolt loosely. Once all the bolts are in you can crank them tight.Overall and now that's done I'm fine with the results but lousy quality control in the manufacturing. Still for $99 it's comfortable and worth it.Revised on 8/21: After purchasing and assembling the second chair and returning the first defective chair, the vendor issued me a credit for $99 for my trouble, which was very nice of them. As a result I bumped their rating to four stars from three. Very solid and thoughtful customer service.

The most disappointing part of this chair was always the seat, which seemed like the cheapest element in its construction. I eventually added a separate seat cushion after finding that the chair itself did not have adequate padding for long work sessions at my desk. Today, after leaning back in the chair I heard a snap and found one of the supporting brackets broke. Looks like it's not a fixable thing (doing so would mean tearing the cushion open and finding the exact bracket needed at a hardware store and I don't see the point. Will look to replace it with something a little more expensive and better constructed.

I been looking for an Ergonomic Office Chair. I get lower back pain when I sit too long and the stiffness when you get out of the chair.So, I took a chance with this due to the price and product description.This chair does deliver everything it said it would. The seat is very comfortable. The back rest does support my lower back and my neck (when you lie back). It fit and contours the whole back. The assembly was quite easy.I'm very happy with this chair.

For a cheaper desk chair... I wasn't expecting much. I was proven wrong. the lumbar support is strong, the headrest is comfortable, leg height is great. Some have complained about the legs breaking... but I have yet to have an issue. if this occurs, I suggest using gorilla glue(any strong epoxy) or just a standard base. plenty of workarounds with that. the seat is still worth the pice to me and would defiantly get another if needed

Bought this chair for my son who is 15 and 6'2", because he needed the support and height for his back, shoulders, and his neck. We have nice office chairs already, but they have standard size short backs, so he had constant back pain, knots and numbing in his shoulders and neck. He has not complained about any back pain or numbing since he got is chair and he loves it!

The chair is comfortable. One of the roller legs kind of drags and makes noise when I move around but otherwise the chair is fine.

After purchase about a year ago, I felt compelled to write this review. The lumbar back support lost its "strength", no longer provide cozyness for lower back. The lumbar material was not made of hard plastic to support lower back; the cushion seat was not made of good fabric and wrinkle after a year of use; it squeaked on the base The chair looks comfortable in the picture but in fact the chair is poorly made so it doesn't last long. Find other chair don't be FOOLED by the picture, this one is a crappy chair. Manufacturer should modify or redesign its lumbar and cushion seat.
