This is one carafe that really does keep the coffee HOT for better than 4 hours. I've had others in the past that only kept the coffee tepid after 2 hours. I love 2 mugs (which are larger than coffee cups) of coffee in the morning and this one is ideal. Its size is also ideal because I keep it on the kitchen counter and it doesn't take up a lot of room. It's also lightweight (even when fully loaded with coffee) making it further ideal for moving about the house so I don't have to keep returning to the kitchen for more doffee. The color is even very pleasing to the eye. I wish I could have gotten it sooner.

Great purchase. Excellent container, attractive And keeps my coffee hot All morning. Much better than using the thermos that I had before.

Buy the black one! I got the white one to match my cups and saucers. If I make 6 cups in my Mr. Coffee, one cup to drink the rest fits perfectly in this little carafe. It keeps it hot for about 2 hours. The taste does change a small bit. The push button pour is ok, but the spout tends to drip coffee down the side of the carafe. If you are very careful pouring it may not drip. Its ok, but it may not br the best and it definetly does not keep it hot more than 2 hours.

I bought this to have less coffee waste when I use my French press. I now make a full press and keep the remainder warm or use to make ice cubes.

This was the perfect carafe for my dad to keep his hot chocolate hot for him and easy for him to use.

Update 5/23:The more I use this carafe, the more I hate it. Take off the cover and what liquid is trapped in there, drains out wherever. The inner top has a lip that is impossible to clean. The pour spout continues to pour a little after closing, have to wait until it stops before removing.If there were zero stars, it wouldn’t be enough!A little smaller than expected even with the comparison photos. Wanted to use at the dinner table for water and it will work but there will be a second, maybe three times to be filled. This water bottle would be great for one or two persons.There are a couple of concerns: the top’s bottom goes past the top of the bottle so when filling, must be careful not to over fill to the top as the cover will push the overflow of water out or if hot coffee, causing burns. There seems to be a design flaw in the pour spout as any liquid pouring out tends to drip. Must shake slightly or wait a second after closing to allow all the liquid to dispense. Cleaning the pot is easy but the top with its spring loaded closer can’t be taken apart to clean between the gap. It’s a negative as it could harbor bacteria if not cleaned or checked for any mold growth.Due to these heath and safety concerns, can’t recommend this thermo bottle.

It is nice looking, but has flaws that I dislike! After I pour liquid from it, the liquid stays in the spout doesn’t go back into the pot and drips down the outside of the pot!! Most annoying is when you wash it you can never get the remaining of the water out of it!!!!

Nice for creamer but it’s hard to clean and leaks from the side.
