I hate heels, I don’t wear them anymore because I don’t want my feet to hurt. I’m not afraid to take my heels off when I do wear them and walk around barefoot. But I needed to show some class and, I got these because they had 4 different types of cushions in one box. So I figured I’d give it a try. I actually put the 4 tan ones in the heels and wore the ball of foot silicone over the toes cushions. So I used 3 of the sets of cushions on one pair of shoes. I literally walked in my heels all night.3 of the sets are more stiff but the silicone ones make the shoes feel so comfortable!!!! The silicone ones are so squishy, resistance wise they are kind of like those sticky hands people used to get out of a quarter machine. So if you can imagine walking on that and getting a little bounce instead of your feet impacting a hard surface. It makes heels 100% more comfortable.I’m glad I bought these!!

It does what I need it to do, it keeps my feet from sliding down in my shoes and its cushiony. Works great.

I used them for a formal party but the made me to have to size up in the shoe and I still had the burn on the bottom of my foot

I used these on my wedding day for strappy open toed 4 inch heelsPros- saved the balls of my feet from most pain! 100% Worth it- I could walk all day in 4 inch size 5.5 heels and had zero blisters at the bottom of my feet by the end of the nightCons- it is a giant sticker and kind of annoying to stick on perfectlyNotes- I ended up not peeling the sticker sticky portion off and just placed it in my shoe, once I stood on it, it never moved at all- even with open toed strappy heels- it does make the shoe tighter at the top which is good if it is loose but bad if it’s not loose already. This made my shoes tighter and made me have some small blisters on the top outside corners of my feet BUT it was totally worth it because I didn’t see the blisters until the next day so I was fine on the wedding day and I could walk comfortably still the next day because there were zero blisters under my foot thanks to this item. I will take the small blisters on top of my foot any day over the ones on bottom!
