Works great. I plugged in 2 sets of ear buds and both work with one phone including voice.

Great audio, very durable, RECOMMENDED
Purchased this adapter to use on my PC which has a combination port. That means it has a single 3.5mm plug that handles both microphone and headset audio. That's great for gaming headsets or devices that have both in one, but I wanted to use my RODE shotgun microphone for better audio during video meetings and pair it with a headset. This adapter splits the audio and microphone input. I simply plug the mic in to the marked plug, and the headsets to the marked audio plug. WORKS GREAT.PROS- GREAT headset sound quality. There's no deterioration of quality, interference, or any static.- RODE mic worked perfectly without any interference either.- There is a recessed portion of the plug which makes it easier to pull the plug out rather than being 100% the same level and smooth which is much more slippery.- the brained cable is very flexible and yet durable. Keep in mind, it is not the stiff type like a wire- I LOVE the color. It's glossy, and a metallic blue color, very modern.- it even comes with a simple strap that keeps the cables together. Nothing fancy.CONS- none that I can think of so far.

Seems very well made - **Watch Out for Disconnected calls if ...
- This adapter does exactly what we need it to do. Allows us to connect, in our case 2 headset/phones to a single android phone.- Other than normal cellular lack-of-quality calls (with or without this adapter, as with any radio signaling requirements or interference), we are able to have perfect joint conversation on the same connected device without issue. Works great!** Not an issue - just the nature of it! The only issue is if you do not hookup the adapter in the most ideal way. While I am not aware of manufactures instructions, you typically would want to ALWAYS hook the headsets up to the Splitter Adapter FIRST, then plug the adapter into the phone. Depending on your phone/device, you may have to hook everything up before you make the call. For us, our experience has been during the few times we forgot to plug headphones to adapter first, the calls will DROP (to our own fault; if we tried plugging the adapter into the phone first!). ** This is perfectly "OK" as from my experience, seems like how it should work. No problem at all - just a note to share. Besides, in the old days, many connections had to be made for some devices while power is off -- luckily we have come quite far in technology (in some areas) ;)Overall - love it - super useful at to the reason we purchased it. One less cellular radio transmitter needed since we can share and save some headaches.

It works, but be careful about the cables you use
This product works. You can turn one TRRS outlet into two TRRS outlets. I wanted this to be able to plug in both my headset (TRRS) and my PC speakers (TRS) at the same time, so I could listen on the speakers without putting on my headset when I don't need a microphone.Well, if you plug a TRS (e.g. stereo speaker only) cable into either output, then the microphone will not work on the other. Then you either have two speaker-only connectors, or two speaker/microphone connectors, but not one of each. So when I plugged my speakers in, the microphone on my headset didn't work. I tried four different TRS cables, and all of them disabled the microphone on the second connector.I had to buy an extra TRRS cable to use with my PC speakers. So now it works the way I wanted (speakers and headset with microphone both simultaneously active), but I had to buy that extra cable.

What I was looking for.
Well made and did exactly what I wanted. The only thing I have against it was not the product but the mess on my desk with cables. so when I saw that this company made the same product with a USB connection I got one of these also.. Both work great, one just cleaned up my desk better.

Update: VERY prompt customer service, waiting to see build quality of new batch...
Update: I received an email from MillSO Customer Service the day after leaving my original review. They said the factory was made aware of the issue and has extended the length of the "split" piece to fully contain both cables. I'll update the review when I see how the new part looks... stay tuned!Original review:[Shielding exposed, I question how long it will last...] Ignoring the one issue I have with this product, it seems to be a very built unit. The cables are thick yet flexible, and both male and female ends seem to be well built. The female ends have a good positive feeling when inserting a pair of headphones. The issue I have is with the rubber part where the "split" happens. The "seam" on the stock product photos is a separate part that slides up and down the "female" cables, presumably to keep the two ends closer together (a common feature on earbuds). However, moving the sliding part reveals the two female cables are not fully molded into the "split" piece. Shielding can be seen in the attached picture. I will likely use some glue to fasten the sliding part to the "split" piece and to fasten the female cables within the sliding part. I question how long this splitter will last without some sort of modification to better secure the two female cables to the rubber "split" piece. Also, I haven't used this device with microphones yet, but it appears to split audio as expected.
