I'm 5'7". Normally I wear a size 20. Based reviews I bought this in two sizes, 3X and 4X. (Normally, I'm a 1-2X.) I could get into the 3X, but it was a S.T.R.U.G.G.L.E. Yes, that's the nature of these garments, but I decided that I didn't want to deal with this every time I used the restroom at the wedding I was attending, so I wore the 4X, and it did the job... my love handles and my panty lines were gone, everything looked better, and I felt confident. While I'm not thrilled about wearing anything that says it's 2 sizes larger than my norm, for the price of this, I was willing to swallow that pride. The price is very reasonable.

Damn this thing is TIGHT!! Granted, I did just eat a bunch of Chinese food prior to trying it on… so squeezing all of that into this thing was - entertaining.However, it DOES do the job nicely- EVEN WITH A FULL BELLY OF CHINESE FOOD!! Once I got it on, it was comfortable and stays put where it needs to stay.I only gave it four stars because there’s no pee hole. So, plan accordingly.But otherwise, seems to do the same thing for TONS less than the Honeylove version.

Buying and wearing shapewear can be such a drag! However, I was pleasantly surprised with this product. The sizing help was right on the money. I am 5'9" and 240lbs. I ordered the 3X and it was wonderful. That being said, it was still very tight and a hilarious feat of balance and dexterity to pour myself into it. BUT, once on, it felt surprisingly comfortable. I work it for a wedding/reception/night of dancing....and I was not uncomfortable in it whatsoever.It was also very effective. I wore an A-line dress with pockets placed at the hipline. Without the shaper, the pocket area stuck way out. With the shapewear, pocket-lines disappeared and I was smooth in front and the back. No back rolls.Lastly, it stayed in place all night. No rolling.I highly recommend!

I've been trying to find the right type of shapewear that will not roll down on me with me being chubby, and having the rolls on my back that need to be smoothed out too this works great. It stays put and I don't feel overwhelmed it's breathable.

Great control undergarment. I've tried a few of these and this is the best one, by far. It stays in place, does not roll down and the legs do not roll up. Comparing it to my honey love brand, this one does everything it does at a third of the cost. This garment is also much easier to get on and take off, which is great because there's no bathroom slit. I do feel more covered up without easy hoo-ha access, which is a personal choice. There are no visible signs you're wearing it showing thru your outer clothes. As far as size goes, I am 5'6, weight 205, I wear a size 16 jeans, I chose size 3xl. I am lumpy and bumpy from age and childbirth, with most of my weight emphasized in my midsection and thighs. This garment smooths things out and stops any jiggle. It's also nice having something between the thighs, when you're wearing a dress and heavy in the thighs, like I am. These garments are never going to remove any weight or magically make you appear one or two sizes smaller. They will however do as I previously stated; smooth things out and stop any jiggle. I highly recommend this garment, caution you to buy the appropriate size and I believe you will be pleased with the results. I will also add that the garment is comfortable to wear and did not make me feel over heated when I attended an outside summer event.

This shapewear was just what I wanted and needed. I ordered to wear under a jersey type dress I had purchased for a wedding. I was afraid the shapewear would not stay up and roll down, as I have experienced in the past. But I was pleasantly surprised! Even dancing all evening I had no problems at all. It was snug, but not uncomfortable. For the price, it just cannot be beat! Would purchase again.

I read all the reviews, ordered two sizes bigger than I am, and I could not get these up my thighs. I was very disappointed because of all the items I read about this was the one I knew would fit for the wedding I am going to be in. I returned them and I am very disappointed.

Great compression without being uncomfortable. Does not roll down.
