The brackets are well made the only issue was the m5 screws supplied were too short to tighten , had to get longer ones to use

These arrived on time and are well packaged. They came with everything need to connect to the extrusion. The only problem is they came all marked and dis-coloured and the screws are not quite long enough to grip. Luckily for me I had others that I could use.

Very handy kit and very sturdy. I used it to add a switch control mount to a pre existing profile throttle mount.I knocked 1 star off though as the corner piece tabs are not as pictured and rather than snapping off, I had to file them down where necessary.

...you'd think a 20x20 bracket would be mountable in any way but these only go lengthwise/with the channel. You CAN'T mount it across the beams as the holes don't match. Seller could have done a better job in pointing that out.

The M5 screws need to be about 2mm longer (or the screw holes in the brackets recessed to reduce the thickness around the screw heads). As it is the screw only drives about one or two full threads into the slide nut which is going to be in danger of stripping under load. The brackets themselves are sturdy and good looking, however.

These are cheap and therefore a good option if it’s a budget build but be aware the casting can be shoddy occasionally.Found I discarded an average of 2/3 per box as unusable.

The T-nuts are too big to drop into a 20x20 extrusion, and even if they weren't the supplied bolts are too short to securely hold the bracket down. Returned.

I would like to have a washer for the screws included in the package. Holes for the screws is a bit on the larger side so as washer would make it better to distribute the force when tightening the screw.

Mit diesen Winkel kann man sehr stabile Konstruktionen bauen.

Die Aluwinkel sollen in erster Linie ihre Aufgabe in der Verbindung zwischen zwei Aluprofilen sicher und stabil erfüllen und das machen sie auch. Getrennt in einem kleinen Karton geliefert, liegen die Aluwinkel lose darin, aber die kleinen je 26 Nutensteine sowie die Inbus-Linsenkopfschrauben in wiederverschließbaren Kunststofftüten. Bei den Nutensteinen handelt es sich um die Variante M5 der Serie 2020 und bei den Schrauben um M5 x 10mm. Nun kann ich mein Regal mit den entsprechenden Aluminiumprofilen erweitern und die Nutensteine passen in mein Profil wie angegossen. Einfach nur anlegen und an der vorgesehenen Stelle platzieren und festschrauben.Fazit: Da die Winkel bei mir im nicht einsehbaren Bereich eingesetzt werden, gut verarbeitet sind und sicher ihren „Dienst“ versehen, entsprechen sie meinen Anforderungen voll und ganz. Der Hersteller sollte aber seine Sortierung der Farben in Zukunft beachten, da sonst jede Sendung zur Retour-Ware wird. Das 26er-Pack entspricht einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und so bekommen die Aluwinkel für das Aluprofil 2020 von mir eine Kaufempfehlung und 5 Sterne.

Ich würde sie immer wieder weiter kaufen. Tolles Product.
