Great product
This is exactly what I needed. The new MacBook pros unfortunately do not come with any other ports besides the usb-C but the sinstar adapter solved my issues, I’m now able to edit photos plug and view my display on a bigger screen thanks to the hdmi port

Seemed like a good idea at the time
The size, ports, and color seemed perfect to work with my 2019 MacBook Pro running Catalina.Received, plugged in, pass thru charging USB-C worked, USB worked with thumb drive, but couldn't insert my SD card.After fumbling for a time and actually reading the User Manual, I set up an Amazon chat with Nikki who recommended I turn my SD card upside down (label down) and try. Huh, it worked, now I could insert my SD card.Neither the SD card or micro SD card was recognized by the Mac.The device is going to be replaced and I'll give it another try. If it is the same I'll let you and Sinstar know.UPDATE: received the replacement unit which was loose in the product box, no internal packaging, and had coffee stains on it so it was obviously a used adapter. Plugged it in and went through the checks of all the ports and everything worked fine with this one. So, cleaned it up and UPSed back the first one I received. Gave it one more star rating.

This multi Thunderbolt is great for the Mac! It makes using several different dongles or extensions all in one.

If you have a case on your MacBook it won't fit. This should probably be noted in the description but it works great and arrived on time as expected. Thank you!

Not the best
Overall good. Doesn’t seem to have good physical connection. Create errors with time machine backup when I use this.
