Masking the truth!
Tuck Avery is a professional footballer and for his birthday, his friends drag him to a sex club! When a woman dressed in a wedding gown bumps into him, his friend Jasper makes a bet that he can't get her interested. After a hot and heavy night together, they part ways not knowing who the other is. Francesca was invited to the sex club by a friend on what was supposed to be her wedding day! When they keep bumping into each other it seems fate has other plans for them! The friendship takes a turn as the chemistry burns hot. What happens when Francesca finds herself pregnant? Will Tuck deny its his or will he step up and be the person Francesca thinks he is? With both having difficult childhoods, how will this twist affect them? This was an addictive read that I could not out down! Can't wait for Ilsa's next book!

Loved it!
Princess and the Player was so good. I loved the chemistry and how they were truly meant for each other, even if it took them a while to realise that. There were some surprises in this book and an assortment of ex's trying to cause issues.Tuck was his own worst enemy at times and I loved his friendship with Jasper.Francesca has been through so much and loved how she had her found family through her friends. This wasn't a straight forward love story and enjoyed reading how they overcome their reservations and past trauma.

What a treat
I will be honest I didn't expect much from this book. I have liked the authors work in the last but this seemed like a simple cliche read and the goalscoring scream depth. I was pleasantly surprised by the story and loved it. I thought the lead characters were complex and interesting and couldn't put this book down.

I LOVED THIS
OH MY HEART! This book is soo sweet but boy did some moments get to me (tears were involved). I love this story from start to finish, Francesca and Tucker are perfect for each other, and all the side characters are amazing. I love Darden & Jasper (I'm praying he gets a book). Highly Recommend

Tuck Avery… a man who needs a good woman
Tuck is a character who needs someone to love him and Francesca is just that person. This book has a great story and I’d maybe say this was a 4.5 star book as I’m not sure the secret could be kept as easily as it was. I love this series though and it was a great read

I was excited to read this story and it didn't disappoint! I was totally lost in Tuck and Francesca's story. Not only did I love Francesca and Tuck but I also loved all the side characters and I am going to need Jasper to have his own story!

nice follow up
What is broken can be fixed even if you still see the cracks.Tuck and Francesca have a few issues to work through but it’s a HEA with just a small predictable hiccup at the end.
